“So you could go to school and learn, because it’s your job.” “Well if it’s my job to learn, why don’t I get paid for my work?”
Students everywhere around the world go to school for education and learning activities. They learn many things that adults learned, each and every day. Though they get an education, they get report cards also. But why don’t they get paid for learning the same thing that adults learned when they were their age?

Another thing is, students go to school for at least eight hours daily, including private schools. While most adults work 12 hours a day, but thing is they get paid for what they do. Students stay in classrooms all day and learn to be prepared for the future ahead of them. So did adults, and yet they get appreciated by money but students don’t. If students feel valued for the hard work they do in school, they will most likely attend their classes, and feel more connected. The effect of this is, the more students will learn about subjects they did and get paid for it is just by them having good grades. The more the district pays students for their hard work and good grades, the more students will most likely graduate high school. See how easy it is? To sum up many students will happily graduate high school in the future.

Along with another reason, paying students for their grades helps students understand the meaning of business in the future. They’ll understand why they need it and how they earn it. If students could earn their share of money for their grades. They will understand the consequences of a job. Don’t parents want their children to know what the world is really like? Don’t they want their children be successful in life? Same to teachers also, they teach students and want them to be successful, so give them the appreciation they need then.
