What Makes Julius Caesar A Good Leader

Julius Caesar Exposition Paper Chris Hadfeild once said, “Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine.” This quote is relevant to my topic because the traits and qualities of a leader are the key to being a good leader. Leaders come in all different ways, and they all have the same goals; to lead. First, you will be informed about what qualities make a leader a good one. Second, you will learn about what it takes to become a good leader. Lastly, you will be able to understand what goes through the mind on a good leader.

A leader is a person that not only tells others what to do, but he shows you how to do it. Leaders never let anyone down. They always do whatever they are doing to the best of their ability. Leaders never put anyone down, but they are always bringing people up with them and helping them out. That is not all that leaders do, leaders have confidence in every person; no matter what. Second, you will learn about what it takes to become a good leader. Leaders do not just simultaneously pop up! They were once like the rest of us, not so good at leading. A good leader learns from their mistakes and tries their hardest to correct them. To become a leader you can not be selfish at all. Leaders must be able to cooperate and communicate with multiple types of people, and figure out the best way to lead that person to become a better person.
