A leader is a person that not only tells others what to do, but he shows you how to do it. Leaders never let anyone down. They always do whatever they are doing to the best of their ability. Leaders never put anyone down, but they are always bringing people up with them and helping them out. That is not all that leaders do, leaders have confidence in every person; no matter what. Second, you will learn about what it takes to become a good leader. Leaders do not just simultaneously pop up! They were once like the rest of us, not so good at leading. A good leader learns from their mistakes and tries their hardest to correct them. To become a leader you can not be selfish at all. Leaders must be able to cooperate and communicate with multiple types of people, and figure out the best way to lead that person to become a better person.
