Those who are trying to gain weight have to do just as much work or even more
than those who are trying to lose weight. There are certain steps that are needed to
take in order to gain the weight that is wanted. Most people trying to gain weight are
those with high metabolisms. In order to gain weight a person needs to change their
diet, incorporate exercise to stay toned, consider extra supplements that can be taken,
take note of what athletes do to gain weight, and talk to a professional to guide them
through everything. Gaining weight is not always as easy as it sounds but with the right
amount of effort and work, anyone who wants to achieve this can do it.
One of the things that a person who is trying to gain weight needs to do is to
change their diet. What a person eats can affect them in so many different ways. It all
depends on what type of way the person wants to gain weight and how fast they want
results. They have to think whether they want to gain fat or gain muscle. A person could
even want to gain both fat and muscle. One way to be able to gain fat is obviously by

There could be psychological reasons like depression or medical reasons like thyroid, diabetes, and more it can be difficult to identify by looking an overweight person if they are obesity by eating junk or if they have health issues we cannot compare all kind of obesity
II. I first became interested in weight training when I was in high school. After poor gains from weight training alone I stumbled upon the keys to success, proper nutrition and supplementation. Creatine is a supplement I have used for awhile and strongly believe it has accelerated my strength and size gains. Proper diet is the first thing you will need for balancing weight loss and bodybuilding. Before you can start building muscles, you must lose excess body weight. This can be done by changing your diet and eating unprocessed wholesome foods. Ensure that your diet includes nutritious foods rich in protein like chicken, turkey, fish, lean meats and plant proteins.
Although many individuals are uncertain about the increasing statistics associated with obesity, more than seventy percent of men and virtually sixty-two percent of women within the United States adult population are overweight or obese (Wilmore, Costill, & Kenney). Obesity refers to the condition of having an excessive amount of body fat. If an individual’s amount of body fat becomes too excessive, he/she is at a much greater risk of developing life-altering diseases such as heart failure, hypertension, type II diabetes, cancer, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, etc. (Wilmore, et al., 2008).
This requires a paradigm shift in their overall behaviour, so it would be great if the old meaning of diet was reinstituted preferably the Greek version mixed with a little Latin and it meant "Daily food allowance for the way one leads one's life." What a mouthful; but it would get us away from thinking a diet is a quick fix for weight loss and all the other problems of life.

A lot of people are trying to build muscles in their body by working out. They work out by lifting heavy weights. However, when working out to building muscle, one needs to consume healthy foods and more proteins. After finishing a workout, the muscles in the body have microscopic tears to form in the fiber and connective tissues. This will cause the muscles to be tired and damaged. To repair the muscle, consume healthy foods and more protein. When one get enough foods in the body, the muscles will use the nutrients from the foods consumed and slowly rebuild, resulting in muscles in the body to increase size, strength, and muscle capacity. When I was in grade 9, I started to lift weight and I was new to it. After a few days of working out my body was experiencing any change. I realized that the reason my body was not experiencing change is because of what I was eating. I was not eating much protein and healthy foods. Later I started to eat foods that contain high protein and then I started to experience change, my muscles were getting bigger and stronger. Obesity in childhood in adolescents has increased dramatically over the past century. Throughout the United States all 50 of them, boys and girls have gained a great amount of weight. There are immediate and long-term risks for children who are obese. Conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, steatohepatitis, depression, stigma and others. Cancer is also possible too. Children who become obese are caused by what’s within their genes, around them in their environment, or from behavior and habits. They tend to eat more of a large portion of high-fat foods and calories. The more they usually eat the less they want to get up an exercise. Physical activity is very important to children especially for how young they are because that is when they have the most energy at that time of their lives.
