Sangode (2011) conducted a comparative study on Service Quality of Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai Dealers in Nagpur. The objectives of the study were (i) To understand and categorize the factors influencing service quality (ii) To find out the variables which can be defined under each factor (iii) To compare Maruti and Hyundai showrooms in terms of quality.
