Core knowledge is a psychological theory that proposes the idea that children have innate cognitive abilities that are the product of evolutionary mechanisms, called nativism. The theoretical approach of constructivism also includes that children have domain-specific learning mechanisms that efficiently collect additional information for those specific domains. The core knowledge theory is primarily focused on whether our cognitive abilities, or capacities, are palpable early on in development, or if these capacities come up during a later developmental phase (Siegler 168).
In the article entitled “The Human Side of Enterprise” by Douglas Murray McGregor , McGregor stated that industry has fundamental know how to utilize physical and technology science. The conventional view of management consisted of three propositions which are called Theory X (Shafritz & Hyde,2012).
If knowledge didn’t evolve, then according to what was once ‘accepted knowledge,’ the Earth would still be flat. This evolution however, was only possible due to the inherently flawed means by which humans pursued this so-called knowledge. The statement we will be addressing throughout this essay – “That which is accepted as knowledge today is sometimes discarded tomorrow” – has a key word; “accepted.” When people accept something as knowledge based on unreliable principles, then it is bound to be discarded tomorrow. Because of the flawed ways of knowing, our knowledge is also flawed and therefore should always be challenged to ensure it is accurate and reflective of the objective world. Various disciplines – science and history– along with their associated knowledge claims will be examined closely throughout this essay to assess whether knowledge should in fact be discarded.
The current technological advances that are apparent today are of paramount importance to the study of Systems Engineering. Systems engineering has redefined the traditional view of what makes up an entire unit of a machine. Its influence has also permeated into such areas as manufacturing processes and the management of people, tools and capital in the process of manufacturing. To understand the focal point or basic idea of this discipline, one should look at the definition of a “system”. A system is an entire unit that is made of parts or other systems, which work in concert to achieve a desired output. Systems that are units of an entire system are termed as sub-systems. One should not view a system only in terms of hardware or in a machine design aspect, but should also know that also entail the aspect of human labour in relation to the economic output of a society, nation, firm or industry (Department of Defence, 3).

The founding father of scientific management theory is Fredrick Winslow Taylor. He was an American mechanical engineer and an inventor. Modern management theorist Edward Deming credited Taylor for his contributions while Joseph Juran criticized his work for extracting more work from workers. However a careful reading of Taylor’s work will disclose that he placed workers interest as high as the employer’s in his studies. Before the principles of management are discussed it is very important to understand the causes which led Taylor to derive the four principles of management. The three causes are as follows:

According to Chan (2015), systems thinking means understanding how the parts work together to make up the whole. Lee and Green (2015) noted that systems thinking take a holistic view of recognizing the non-linear comportments of the internal and external to the system. Abbasi, Akbari, and Tajeddini (2015) marked that systems thinking is about focusing the entire organization on a shared identity.
