INTRODUCTION: This case involves two unknown suspects forcing their way through the underground parking structure. The unknown suspects entered the structure and left with unknown loss. During the commission of the crime, the unknown suspects damaged the parking structure gate. Estimated damage is valued over $2,000 in US currency. Today 07/08/17, at approximately 7am, they were notified by a resident that the parking structure gate was damaged. Duymich and Charlet went to check on the gate and noticed it was damaged. Duymich and Charlet entered the parking structure to check if any cars had been burglarized and they did not notice any signs of a burglary. Duymich went to the video surveillance room to review the video surveillance from last night and Charlet dialed 911. Duymich reviewed the video and noticed around 3am (video says 1am but Duymich said the time is two hours behind) a male and female Hispanic forced their way through the parking structure gate. Duymich said the male was carrying a black briefcase. Once inside the parking structure, Duymich saw that the two suspects walk out of sight and later reappeared exiting through the front entrance of the apartment complex. Once in front of the apartment complex, Duymich saw the male suspect open the black briefcase and look inside. Duymich believes the suspects stole something but he does not know what it may
On March 24, 2016, officers were dispatched to a scene where a male subject was trying to gain entry into a vehicle using a hammer. Upon arrival officers made contact with a male subject who was later identified as Keith Hunt, the defendant, and the victim. The victim explained to the officers she was standing near the trunk of her vehicle when Mr. Hunt approached, He attempted to keep into her vehicle without permission; so she confronted the defendant and tried to secure her vehicle. Mr. Hunt demanded she give him the keys and her wallet. The victim stated the defendant had a hammer in his hand and was threatening her with it while he was telling her to hand over the property. They began to struggle over the keys and the victim screamed
On the above listed date and time, deputies arrived at Hampton County Medical Center, and made contact with the complainant regarding the above listed incident type. Deputies gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. The complainant and his mother wrote a voluntary statement. Photos were taken while at the Emergency Room. The complainant was issued a Victim’s Right’s Form along with a case number attached. Deputies attempted to make contact with the subject, no contact was made. Deputies cleared the call and resumed normal patrol duties.
On 5/6/18, at approximately 0709 hours, I responded to the area of Colorado Blvd. and St. John Avenue regarding an investigation of a subject who jumped from the Colorado Blvd. overpass. Pasadena Police Dispatch advised the victim was F/B wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans and the RP could see her down on the freeway under the Colorado Blvd. overpass.
On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. I responded to the above location to assist. They advised responding units that the suspect was involved in a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway Fair Oaks Avenue off-ramp.
I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.

Dispatch stated Pasadena paramedics were on scene. Upon arrival, Pasadena Fire Department Rescue Engine #31 and Paramedics #31 (PFD Boykin) were on scene. I walked into the residence and contacted PFD Boykin, who stated there were no obvious signs of foul play.

At this time, I began to make my way toward Rte.295 to see if I could locate the two individuals who were seen walking away from the scene. Approximately 2 miles from the crash scene I observed two male individuals walking west on Rte. 295, just prior to the New York border I stopped and questioned these individuals. The owner and operator of the vehicle were identified by his NY OLN 517938307; Aziz M. ABOUSHI DOB 04-21-1996. The passenger was also identified by his NY OLN 195042774; Shadi M. QUMBARGI DOB 04-23-1987.
