BoltBus’s strengths can be described as their innovation skills are second to none. They have lowered fares to be affordable and have no unnecessary stops along the way when traveling, so it presents a smooth, peaceful ride for the customer or rider. It also implemented certain technological advances, such as: built in Wi-Fi service, power plugs at every seat for powering lap-tops and phones, and generous leg room for comfort and peace. This captures the younger, tech-savvy audience within their demographic market plan. Their weaknesses would be that their current major business is along the East Coast. Though they have made considerable efforts to expand to various parts of the country, their main weakness is their limited availability in
Strengths are something a company has that allows it to be dominant. SDI is strong in the fact that it was the first to produce a solar powered bird feeder, thus establishing a precedent. A weakness is something a company lacks, thus causing market disadvantage. Some major weaknesses of SDI are it lacks a strategic vision, has horrible distribution methods and has little capital to help establish market dominance. Once SDI has created a strategic direction, the company should go about the process of implementing and executing the plan. A strong strategy and vision would greatly help SDI move into the next generation ...

Product Oriented: The company is too product oriented which becomes a weakness because they lose focus of
• The people in the company and the passion which the people have for what they were doing. Weaknesses • Sales amount was going down. • Dealers don’t have the time to educate customer in each product of every line that they carry. • Just focus on the retailer instead of the end-users. • Competition - There are now more than 20 manufacturers in the bicycle industry and Specialized will need to stay at the forefront in order to keep its leadership.
INTRODUCTION In December 2001, Dean Kamen of Segway LLC unveiled the Human Transporter HT. With lofty ideas of replacing the automobile and unrealized sales forecasts, Kamen's Segway HT has not moved mankind nearly as much as Kamen had expected. With an annual CEO change since the start-up, it is apparent that Segway's lack of a stated vision and mission is haunting the organization. The lack of "a way ahead", coupled with a less than well defined marketing strategy, has caused Segway to fall short of Kamen's expectations.
Weaknesses: Most of the revenues of the company were generated outside the Israel from Europe and CIS countries, which could subject the company to macro-economic instabilities. Opportunities: Teva had to compete with four big pharmaceutical firms so global consolidation could strengthen its position.
It lacked the diversification and risk control measures. It made investments on low margins and failed to control the cost which resultantly consumed the profits.
Another weakness Deloitte has is that its global delivery capability is relatively immature. Deloitte have gradually built up global delivery resources in several lower-cost locations worldwide however the maturity of the processes and information infrastructure supporting delivery engagements is not at the level of major IT-based competitors. Deloitte using the global association structure also makes global collaboration more difficult which hinders its global delivery capability
Before other forms of the eruption of other transportation networking systems, the taxi was the number one ride-hailing service. It was the initial motor vehicle used to convey passengers between the locations of their choice. That is until Uber came along. Uber is a new and innovative way to travel, due to the efficiency, availability, and convenience the service provides which makes the ride the driver’s and passenger’s experience more enjoyable. I chose the topic of Uber vs. Taxi because due to the fact that cars are the most used and favored mode of transportation, I wanted to compare the original use of taxis to the expansion of normal people being able to use their car to make some cash as well.
One of ADP’s weakness is that they are heavily dependent on the US. About 80% of the revenue comes from clients in the US. ADP has opened offices overseas but majority of the revenue comes from US. Another weakness is that
1.2 WEAKNESSES: Identify limitations of the firm that give the company disadvantages/handicaps in meeting its customers’ needs
Going outside is obviously an important part that cannot be separated from our lives. Sometimes we need to go shopping, and sometimes we need to hand out with our friends; sometimes we need to go to school and sometimes we need to have a long trip. Taxi, is the way that has been seemed as the most convenient choice for us to choose whenever we want to go outside for many years. However, in recent years, a new way that more and more people would like to choose when they go outside is to take an Uber drive. Uber, a startup and traffic network company with it’s own app on the mobile phones, is gradually becoming popular among young people and even disrupts the business of the traditional taxi industry.
Weaknesses: Prices are higher when contrasted with the competitors. - High working cost· - The business benefits are highly dependent to espresso item.
The field of invention is BRTS. BRTS stands for Bus Rapid Transit System. It is a mass transit system. BRT system generally has specialized design and infrastructure to improve system quality and remove the typical causes of bus delay. This project is handled by Ahmedabad municipal corporation (AMC) and operated by Ahmedabad Janmarg limited. It has been successfully working since 2009 and being extended day by day in order to cover major area of city. Detailed system design and support is being provided by CEPT University. Though it is working successfully, it lags some technologies related to route management and these are the tasks which we are going to design.
The second dilemma that comes to mind is geography. Considering we have over 1000 locations, we have to figure out where the appropriate places for a new store would be. For instance if we only have 2 stores in Maine, we can’t put them together, yet we need to put them in a somewhat populated place, that would be most convenient for the business customer. For us, globalization is not a very big problem considering that we only have one store in France, one in Germany, and two in Puerto Rico.
