The civil subcontractor, Catcon, completed their works prior to June 2008 and we have been advised they have been paid.
The electrical subcontractor, Teams Electrical has advised that they have a claim for $2.1m on remeasure, site instructions and claims for delay. Their last milestone payment was paid at 80% and they are currently owed $1.45m for approved works.
The insulating and cladding subcontractor, Insultech have had no variations approved and is preparing a claim for approximately $2m.
Tenix has no contractual issues with any of its subcontractors
Is there a contract manager (or administrator) on site and is the subcontract being administered per subcontract or otherwise?

...anged innumerable times over the project's life. Continual rework and time delays had hampered progress. Bolger had reported design errors that necessitated the refitting of complex equipment and rework of the aluminum welding. Materials requirements included the use of welded aluminum. Bolger normally employed only steel welders; aluminum welders were in short supply and impatient during work stoppages. The Bolger contract was cost based plus a fixed fee. A particularly disturbing problem was Bolger's cost reporting system. Bolger contract negotiators waited for up to three weeks for cost data.
The Electric Company in New Jersey had designed the submarines Iquiqie and Antofagasta for the Chilean Navy, and the Seattle Construction and Drydock Company was tasked in tailoring these submarines to client specifications. After a series of tests, the Chilean engineers were dissatisfied with the current state of the submarines; however, they did not reject the transaction. The Electric Company and the Seattle Construction and Drydock Company had claimed that Chile had trouble finalizing the payment.
...fficult to summarize the operations of such a large corporation, but during this report it has been achieved. The reader will be able to understand how one of the leading groups of engineering and construction companies in the world has achieved such a status. Through a brief analysis and explanation of the history, its competitors, its organizational management activities and an evident problem with its solution can the reader fully understand such a complex and active corporation. But being such an active and international corporation, such problems will and do arise. Such a problem in this report is the outflow of many potentially dangerous process fugitive emissions. This significant and imperative problem and be solved by the either switching suppliers of the pipe work or various other components where there are leaks or to implement some sort of software to detect the location of any leaks so they can be repaired quickly. This major problem must be solved quickly and in a cost efficient manner. This report discusses the methods and activities involved in SNC-Lavalin in a professional, yet straightforward manner so all readers can grasp such an interesting Canadian company.
Two important, mighty Asian empires in history are the Ottoman Empire and the Ming China. These two empires are in totally different areas of Asia – the Ottomans were in the very west, the Chinese were in the oriental east. Therefore, these two empires, naturally, formed completely different cultures. However, surprisingly, these empires had many parts in common as well. The Ottoman Empire and the Ming Dynasty had both many different and distinct parts, as well as many similarities.

This facility would become the new London Area and Terminal Control Centre (LATCC) and the proposal aimed to produce 40% additional capacity to accommodate the delays that NATS were currently facing. The project not only involved a new site but a new software system that claimed to be "more advanced than anything that is being tried anywhere in the world." The software was to be based on that of a similar project in the US, therefore minimising technological risk. The project was set up as a fixed price contract with a cost of £350 million.
