We live in a very competitive world where, in general, people are more educated. Therefore, college education is essential to the future of our generation. The higher the education, the higher are the chances of getting a nice job. For me, education is not only important to implement my knowledge, but also to improve my communication and leadership skills, and helps me to become more confident with myself, and it also impacts in my decision-making. I love studying and learning about the world we live in. Furthermore, I believe that there are only three keys for a better and more peaceful world: education, education, and education. There is no such thing as wasting money or time in school; there is an investment in our future. When I graduated from High School in Brazil, I already knew my passion: hospitality. I have always loved the hospitality career, from cooking, to making a bed, serving a table, or doing check-in/out. I can admit that hospitality life is not easy; most of the times you have to work on weekends, holidays and give up a little bit of your social life to serve other people. My suggestion for becoming even better is to market worldwide. Switzerland is considered the best place to study hospitality management in a general world’s vision. However, I have to disagree. I had the opportunity to study over there for a year, and the school was really good, but Rosen is just as good. Switzerland does not have anything besides a great school. Orlando has Rosen, Disney, Universal, and so many other things to do. If Rosen College markets how good the school is, and how amazing is to study/live in Orlando, we can modify the idea that Switzerland is the best place to study hospitality management. I changed my mind, and I would never trade Rosen College for any other hospitality
