Good team members will make a good connection between them and patients. Team members must share information when responding to an expected and unexpected event. To improve the strategy and efficiency of the hospital the staff must have a Team Steppes. Team Steppes means team strategies and tools to patient safety to improve the quality and safety in healthcare.
