In each every country, they have their own different styles of teaching methods. They also have their own curriculum to follow base on their cultural and their traditions. We all might have the different experience in our schooling life. In the some way we might also have the similarity. In those experience that I have is based on the country that I been grown up and where I spend most of my schooling life in, which is Myanmar (Burma). There are some positive and negative aspects that I like to point it out as a student to become a teacher. It’s also showing my cultural and believes about education and also about the role of a teacher. Economic and political is also interplay to the education methods and behaviours of the teachers in my country.
Teacher identity is also important for teaching, because I believe teacher are role model for the student in many other ways.
Research show again and again that children are using the similar action as their teacher while their play. ( (Gloria Latham, Mindy Blasise, Shelly Dole, Julie Faulkner and Haren Malone, 2011)The reason that I choose to be teacher is influence by one of my particular teacher from primary teacher her name is Daw. Khin Thit Thit Lwin. In my primary school, we have to stay with one teacher from kindergarten to year four. Whenever I see her she is always smiling. She is caring person and very supportive person.

In conclusion three are the reasons that influence to be my become a teacher, by the influence of the cultural point of views, influence by a primary teacher and lessons form the unfair teachers. In deep the most and important valuable thing us that I choose to beacon a teacher is I. I like to be teacher since I was young. This is my passion and this is how I am going to spend my life. In my own definition of good teacher is supporting, understanding, listening and caring. Be a role model and give the knowledge to the young children. I have to believe in myself I will never be like the teacher that i meet in middle school to high school.

There are many reasons people decide to enter the teaching field. Some enter because they enjoy working with people or children, others because they like being off during the summer months, and still others because of their love for a particular subject. Although all these reasons are valid, I feel my reasons are much simpler. The bottom line is that I love kids and enjoy working with them. My desire to make learning a more positive experience for them has only increased with time.

Now that I have told you what has led me to this decision I would like to tell you exactly why I have chosen to become a teacher. I want to become a teacher not because of the salary nor because I want weekends and holidays off; rather, I want to become a teacher because I truly have a passion for making a difference in others lives. I feel that teaching is perhaps one of the most fulfilling roles in life. Becoming a teacher to me means helping to shape another person by teaching and instructing them.
Teachers serve as the guiding force in a student’s life. They are responsible for molding a student’s personality and shaping his/her mental orientation. Teachers deeply impact our lives and direct the course of our future. One cannot deny the influence of teachers in one’s life. In fact, it would not be an exaggeration to say that, till a certain age, out life revolves around our teachers. They are our constant companions, until we grow old enough to come out of their shadow and move ahead on our own.
My interest in teaching started at a young age. I used to watch my teachers in awe as they were able to find new ways to get their students involved and excited to learn. Their enthusiasm to teach was so inspiring. I would often find myself using that same fervor as I grasped each concept. I, then, was able to relay it to my fellow classmates as a peer tutor. To this day, becoming a teacher is a passion that flows through me. However, my enthusiasm and passion are not the only reasons I would be a good teacher. I aspire to see a student’s ability to grasp the knowledge they never before understood. I aspire to see a student succeed at something they never thought they ever could. I aspire to not only support students with academic skills, but also with life lessons about the value of community, pride in one’s own ethnicity, good citizenship, sportsmanship, and more. I aspire to play a fundamental role in ensuring that all students from all cultures and learning abilities have the opportunity to be guided in a positive learning

The first main reason that I have chosen teaching as a profession is because I believe that it’s continuous rewards will help me to lead a happy and fulfilled life. For example, teaching young children is one of the few jobs in which you can give and receive hugs on a daily basis. Children have an innocence and a passion for knowledge that I find amazing and I do not feel complete unless I am around them. Teaching will help provide this fulfillment for me every day. Also, teaching is a job in which it is ok, and even encouraged, to laugh each and every day. I feel that this is important for a person’s well-being and I think that it helps to keep people young and alive. I feel that in many other professions the day-to-day routine would become monotonous and boring, and I do not think that I would live a truly happy and fulfilled life unless I could be around children. I feel that a classroom provides many unique and dynamic opportunities every single day and I find that very appealing. Also, I am a very relationship-oriented person and I feel that I will enjoy building unique relationships with each child. I plan on knowing every child as thoroughly as possible because I feel that this will help me to be better at my job.
The country’s economic system is also very poor. Teachers are in high demand especially in rural parts of the country, but are not paid a decent wage and are therefore difficult to recruit. Classroom conditions are often very poor and lack the necessities of a decent education. The demographics of the country are that many diverse ethnic groups are part of one nation. This has been a large issue, as the groups don’t share a similar culture or language.
As we reminisce and reflect back either on our childhood or academic career, we tend to have that one teacher who was memorable to us in some way - for their sense of humor, their stellar personality, or perhaps having that charisma and charm no other teacher had to make a difficult subject and it 's concepts fun to learn. While knowledge is power, I firmly believe that it is rather the exchange and distribution of knowledge that is power. When one can educate the masses there is no doubt that together we can accomplish great things. Becoming a teacher would mean the opportunity to be able to witness the shaping and molding of the minds of the future generations and the satisfaction knowing that you have helped your students set themselves onto the right path and provide guidance towards the creation of a better tomorrow. Choosing to become a teacher will allow me not only to educate my students, but also educate myself to be a better teacher throughout my career. I believe it is a function of human nature to want to change the world for the better. In adulthood, I have learned that the improvement of the welfare of the world must begin with
Teacher’s inspired students to do great things during their school years. Teachers love to see the improvement of their students and are a connection to a development of learning. The teacher wants the best for their students and at the same time, they are rewards on seen it their students to success. A success future is what students have and teachers teach for guarantee the wish. Two different teacher give me their opinion why they love teaching and it was a great honor to interview them.
There have been many factors that have inspired me to this career choice. Watching my teachers, both past and present, has inspired me to become a teacher. I have a genuine interest in lifelong learning and as such I have the desire to not only instil knowledge and values to others, but also encourage them to share my passion for learning. Social Justice and leadership roles at school, along with my extra-curricular involvement with Cowra Youth Council, have highlighted my ability to work with and for the benefit of young people. In essence I know that my abilities and aspirations will make me a good teacher.
