In this easy I’m going to discuss about the two banks, once in the local bank (National bank Of Oman) and second in the foreign bank (Habib Bank Ltd) and how to apply SWOT analysis to critically compare and contrast the strategy and performance. Also will suggest four way for the National Bank of Oman may improve and Sustain its competitive advantage.

- HBL is the largest privet bank in Pakistan and in Oman there are community of Pakistan as a lot and all the Pakistanis people trust of on this bank.

There are some weaknesses points that the HBL is facing like :
- The limited of the people whose dealing with the bank her in Oman. Most of the people are from Pakistani community only and the percentage of the others people is very weak.
