Weaknesses –
When guest search for hotel online then Satkar doesnot have recall of high rating value due to its low brand rating as compare to other hotels. Other hotels have high level of hospitality service as compare to Satkar because of its USP which can also become a weekness here.most probably guest prefers a luxurious service instead of staying in finest hotel.and hence are likely to select their stay in one of the leading luxury five star hotel. There are very few effective loyalty programs conducted by hotels.
Opportunities –
There should be cleared.environment to servive in this competitive era.they has to evaluate new strategy for targeting their goals and tactics.inventory control ,service for special customers and all other activitives which takes part in each day within the hospitality or tourism operation.in hotel industry there should be something new on each day as compare to others which help to cater
The Hotel industry has become very important in the past years due to immense traveling and growth of international business. Hotel industry not only plays an important role in the life of people but as well as the economy of the country. Development and advancement in the Hotel industry have rapidly been taking place and especially since the rapid change in technology, it is very important for hotels to be promptly keeping up to date. My case study of hospitality industry is Panera Bread. Panera Bread is a quick-casual restaurant and bakery café store. In their mission, “they truly believe that providing fresh quality bread and meal every day, can certify their professional work attitude and faithful service to their customers. Because of that, they are keep improving their services every day. According to the three news articles, they are expanding their strategic initiatives to maintain outstanding food and customer service. There are three strategic initiatives --- Market Development, Unrelated Diversification, and Product Development.

I will start with Nishat Hotel as it was the first thing that I started off in Pakistan. In fact, a high rating of a hotel (usually considered as above 78%) makes potential costumers 13.5% more likely to book that hotel.
