Seymour and Kingsley PVT. Genesee County 911 stated that the driver of the pickup that caused the crash fled the scene. The driver of the vehicle that was hit informed Genesee County 911 that the pickup was weaving all over the road before hitting him. After further investigation the crash was found to have happened in Clayton Township. Gibbs what happened. He stated that he was turning on to Kingsley Pvt. and saw the vehicle behind him weaving all over the road. As Mr. Gibbs made his turn into Swartz Creek Estates the vehicle behind him had a collision with his vehicle. Mr. Gibbs had his 11 year old son, Jamahl Willie Gibbs Jr., in the vehicle with him at the time of the crash. Mr. Gibbs stated that there were no injuries. The vehicle was registered to a Barbara Ann Kube with an address of 5378 Timberwood Point Dr. Flint, Mi. 48532. A LEIN / SOS/ NCIC query from the driver’s license number that was found on a hunting license that was in the vehicle came back to a Joseph Jason-Edward Kube, DOB 03/09/1985. He had an address of 5378 Timberwood Point Dr. Flint MI. 48532. A LEIN / SOS/ NCIC query of Mr. Gibbs showed that he had a valid Michigan driver’s license with no wants or warrants A LEIN / SOS/ NCIC of the vehicle’s Michigan registration plate BJT6771, showed that the vehicle was a 2011 Buick, Regal. The vehicle was registered to Mr. Gibbs. The vehicle was clear. Mr. Gibbs was the registered owner of the 2011 Buick Regal. CITATION / APPEARANCE DATE: I issued citation # 1265677 and 1265678 (Local Ordinance) for the following charges to Mr. Kube: 1) Reckless Driving 2) Leaving the scene of a PDA accident 3) Open intox in a MV 4) Fail to stop and identify at a PDA He was advised he needs to appear in the 67th District Court in the City of Fenton, Genesee County on Monday, December 19th, 2016 at 8:30 a.m.
A records check of Lopez revealed she was the owner of a 2015 Toyota CA 7UIS767. I canvassed the area for Lopez’ vehicle and I did not locate her vehicle. An Automated licensed Plate Reader (ALPR) search also revealed negative results for Lopez’ vehicle.
On 01-01-17 at 0023 hours I was monitoring the radio and heard that Officer Harrell #3441 and Officer Thebeau #8402 were involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Corson Street. I responded to the above location to assist. They advised responding units that the suspect was involved in a traffic collision on the eastbound 210 Freeway Fair Oaks Avenue off-ramp.
Scott Robinson moved from Houston to Cincinnati in 2007. Before leaving, Mr. Robinson sold his Hyundai Santa Fe to a used car dealer in Rosenberg, Texas. Due to clerical errors at the dealer, Scott's car was sold with his license plates still attached to the vehicle. The new owner of the vehicle ran a stoplight and when the license plate was read, Mr. Robinson's information was pulled up. At about 1940 HRS I arrived at Deputy Melchers location and made contact with Deputy Melcher and Gary Jacobs the Reporting Person/ Victim. As I pulled onto the property, which was on the west side of the road, I observed a large tin building, with a walk-in door and a large over head door facing to the East. The large overhead door was open and inside I could see several automobiles.
Thomas stated that his green Honda Accord California license plate #4GCN238 has been parked at the above location for approximately six months in parking spot #16. Thomas has not driven the vehicle since December of 2015. Approximately three days ago, Thomas paid the DMV $180.00 to update the vehicle’s registration. Thomas then began driving the vehicle.
This officer ran the vehicle's license plate and determined it was registered to Miryha Smith. This officer confronted Smith about the spelling of her first name and she stated "It depends on who spells it." This officer asked Smith what name appears on her driver's license she stated "I don't know" This officer ran the license number attached to license plate return and confirmed Smith lied about the spelling of her first name.
The charge stems from a Nov. 28 incident. That's when, at 9:35 p.m., the Holmes County Sheriff's Office was contacted by a motorist concerned about a potentially impaired driver along state Route 557, north of Charm.

On December 30th, 2016 Deputy Akins was responding to a disturbance at 10700 Centennial Road. While on the way to the disturbance, Deputy Akins received notice from Pulaski County Sheriff's Dispatcher that the suspect was leaving in a red Chevrolet truck. Deputy Akins saw a truck. Deputy Akins turned around and caught up with the vehicle at Centennial Road and Highway 107 where the truck disregarded a stop sign. The vehicle turned south bound on Highway 107. Deputy Akins activated his blue lights and initiated a traffic stop which the vehicle pulled into the parking lot of Bayou Meto Elementary school.
Once he was told the vehicle had passed, he pulled out and both he and Officer Carpenter activated the emergency equipment. He said he stopped his vehicle and jumped out and pointed at the driver and told him to stop. He said he saw the driver’s eyes get big and he sped up and swerved around his police vehicle. Officer Carpenter pulled around his vehicle and started pursuing the suspect. He then reported to control the vehicle was "evading the police" and they were in pursuit. When they got to the tunnel, the driver was stuck behind a tractor trailer that was headed southbound. Once they exited the tunnel, Officer Carpenter passed the vehicle and got beside the tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer then came to a stop and the vehicle was blocked behind the tractor-trailer and Officer Carpenter. The youth stated he had stolen his mother's vehicle and some money and left Salisbury, Maryland, where he had been with his mother; between 4 and 6 a.m. Cameron was heading to North Carolina. Officer Stamets and Pastucka assisted Officer Hand from the Frackville Boro. Police with a reckless driving complaint. An individual reported a white Ford sedan travelling northbound on State Route 61 towards the borough of Frackville. The caller reported that the vehicle was travelling all over the roadway. Officer Hand advised he observed a white Ford sedan while he was stationary near Anthony's Pizza and Sub's. The vehicle came to an absurd halt when the female operator observed the police car, stopping in the middle of the travel lane of State Route 61. Afterwards the operator accelerated and continued northbound on State Route 61. Deputy Ross advised the two walk-in patients the emergency room received where involved with the incident that occurred at the Alamo Trailer Park. Deputy Ross advised both individuals sustained severe injuries. Deputy Ross advised one of the patients, later identified as Jaime Ornelas-Gonzales sustained a severe laceration on his right bicep, a possible stab wound to the base of his skull, and several other small cuts on his body. Deputy Ross advised the second patient, later identified I told Deputy Ross to get the information from the patients and begin photographing the injuries, he agreed (photos attached to the report). I also asked Deputy Ross to stay at the emergency room with the patients until officers from this department could speak to them, he agreed.
