The Innovators are attracted to this restaurant because of the variety of different types of food on the menu as well as the 40 plus beers on tap and in the bottle. I would use public relations to market to the group because they are skeptical of any advertising or flyers. Public relations marketing is very cost effective and can get the message out to the masses. Normally this group is confident to experiment with new things so I will invite them to try some of the different items on the menu like some of the specials that are featured daily. One item is the Southern-Fried Catfish or the Chicken Enchiladas. I would focus on the variety of beers that they carry and have them select a different one when they come in. Since they are not too trusting on advertising and how it brings in people, I would run specials on the different appetizers like 5.99 Bacon Cheese Fries or Buy the Combo and get an order of Frickles for
