Stress is a pressure exerted on people. Nowadays, stress cannot be avoided. Mostly, students are usually affected by stress. One of the biggest factors of students’ academic performance is stress. According to the researchers at the University of Minnesota’s Boynton Health Service, 69.9 percent of students are stressed and 32.9 percent of students are hurting their academic report due to stress. Students who affected with stress got an average GPA of 2.72. On the other hand, students who did not affect with stress get an average GPA of 3.3. Most of the students are studying hard but they have stress. If they have stress, they cannot get good grades in exam as they expected. If there is no stress, thay can easily get good grades in the exam. Studying without stress is better than that with stress. It is easier to memorize the lessons. It is clear that how stress affect on students’ academic study.
Firstly, there are two kinds of stress. They are good stress and bad stress. At first, good stress is a kind of stress that may good for students. It will motivate students to try harder on their academic study. There is much kind of good stress such as the stress of aiming high. It is a stress that aims for a specific goal. For example, when a person aims to a specific goal with deadline, it will be a source of stress. If a person got enough time to work steadily toward a realistic goal, it makes the situation of a source of good stress. In addition, there are also bad stresses. Bad stress is a stress that does not help us achieve goals. It may pull down your academic grades. There are many kind of bad stress such as headaches, depression and nervousness. Those are very bad stresses for academic study. And then, there are many possibilit...

Finally, stress can be unavoidable. However, students need to to know how to create lesser stress. Students need to discrminate what is good stress or bad stress. And then, they have to concentrate on their study with releasing stress. They need to know how to become successful students through stress. Students should know possibilities of stress. Moreover, they need to proof the effect of stress. They should know what they want to be. Stress is very effective in the college students. In my opinion, I think that the impact of stress in college students is very effective in students life.
