Executive Coaching: One of the greatest fulfillment of a leader is to build other leaders and LTL implements this principle through several different means. We have completed Executive Coaching one on one based on the unique needs of the leader. We have provided them with materials that is written by us through teleseminars, in person meetings, and written communication via email. We have also conducted workshops to Executive Leaders at the Mckormick Center for Childcare Leadership at National Louise University “Connections Leadership Conference.” The participants was provided with information that would aid them in being a more effective leader and building a better connection
with their teams. Transition Planning: Moving from a permanent place to one that is filled with uncertainty and things unknown can be a difficult disposition for anyone faced with such a situation. This speaks of a time in life which is called a transition or transition period. At Leading the Leaders, we understand the anxiety that one can have associated with transition. We acknowledge that changes in life are inevitable. Our proven approach is that planning, and preparation is the key to eliminating and calming such fears. It has been our personal experience that applying the principles of planning & preparedness along with prioritizing each event in the process removes nervousness as well as set the stage for individual successfulness. Transition planning is a process that brings together one’s future desire with their present reality. Our design is to pave the way with pinpoint accuracy based on the individual’s skillset and provide for a smooth transition from one place to another. Leading the Leaders believe that true transition planning should be formalized which means it considers all the possible foreseeable choices and plot accordingly. Our goals are not for adults who are moving to the next stage of their lives to survive, but with proper transition planning to strive. Leading the Leaders has a proven plan which eliminate interruptions as well as removes the power from the unknown. Experience makes the difference as Leading the Leaders have been able to make the transition planning procedure work in numerous of seemly hopeless cases.
After analyzing the Coastal Medical Center, it is apparent that the employees and staff have no conception of the mission, vision, and values of this health care facility. In addition to this lack of structure, CMC has many projects in the midst of production that lack support of a common goal, employees are unsatisfied with their jobs, the two boards lack ability to agree on strategic decisions for the organization,, and the medical center has a dismal reputation when it comes to quality care.
