When the therapist met the client in the office for individual therapy, the client greeted the therapist and he was feeling good and energetic as he reported as evidence by reporting that he had a good time with his friends during the previous weekend and he is excited to meet the psychiatrist for follow up and tell the psychiatrist about why he is tired, bored, and sleepy most of the time. Client reported that the lowest moment of the week was when I did not pay my cell phone bill because he does not have money and the group home manager did not allow him to use the Wi-Fi as a consequence for not following the house rules as he reported that he did not do his chores. Therapist discussed with client the anxious thoughts about future and checked if the client has worries, bad future scenarios, negative thoughts, or hopelessness. Client reported that he does not want to be in a situation with his aunt similar to the client's situation when the client was with his mother as he reported that he was not happy and the mother was verbally aggressive with client. Client reported that he is happy because he processed his feelings with the group manager, social worker, and therapist. Client reported that the more her shares his thoughts and feelings with others, the more he feels better. Client reported that sometimes he feels that he needs someone to remind him with the coping skills that he may use when he feels frustrated or angry. Therapist discussed with client that he may use the coping skills as something likes to do everyday to enjoy it even if the client is not frustrated or angry such as; deep breathing and mindful walk to make the coping skills part of the clients daily routine or a habit.
