As the years pass the evolution of technology increases, allowing the social media side to grow. In the past it would be unimaginable that one could share their private life with people all around the world, although nowadays showing the world the everyday life is a normal action. With the increase of applicants there is a need to diverse the people to find the best qualifiers. The best way to check potential candidates is by using sources of social media. It would help have a better understanding of the applicant by seeing their online life as well as keeping the safety of fellow citizens. If the candidate uploaded personal information on their online profile then the employers has as much to look at it as the people who follow the candidate.
