To start I have to stay that skills are necessary for the majority of the aspects of our life, so the skills are not only necessary for job. So im going to refer in this text always about job skills, in this aspect of life our skills come naturally and others skills we have to learn it and are difficults to learn but also are necessary for get success in our job. There are many skills that can be universally applied in most jobs but there are also skills that can make or break a job for you. In my opinion the most important skills that you need for get the success in your job, are:

This also happen in work sometimes you need to work with a partner or with a group and you need to accommodate yourself in the benefit of the group and hardworking to get the best of you. And also I think that when you are working in a group of people you develop other skills, this is which I refer in the top of the text when I said: in life as in work you have naturally skills and skills that you learn during the process. So when you work in group you learn new skills necessaries for get the success. Overall as a counsellor I think there are many other things, I have to learn and improve on. Being in this class is just the beginning and there are a lot of other classes that I am going to being learning new thing from. Therefore Overview of Career and Work Counselling is great and learn a lot of new thing, but there are some new thing I am going to improve on to help me become a good Counsellor. Furthermore in this essay you saw me analyzing the topics we learned in class, also I analyzing why we learned these topics and how these topics will help me or any counsellor be a good counsellor. I also was talking about how I was in the beginning and how I am now. I enjoyed being in this class and had a great teacher to guide me to being successful in this class.

Skills given above are what students should develop and invest during the process of studying for a degree. Obviously, these skills called transferable skills are both relevant to employment and study. 'These skills are interpersonal as well as intellectual, and include the skill to learn from experience as well as reading, the ability to manage yourself, basic skills in numeracy, literacy and IT, interpersonal group-working and communication skills in analyzing and solving problems' (Cameron, 2008:19). So whether students could gain transferable skills in the university has become a major factor of developing a career after their graduation.
As I have noted, I truly believe that the numerous job skills that are needed to be successful include dedication, communication, and adaptation. First of all, you must be devoted to your career if you want exemplary results. Equally important, being able to articulate your ideas, and intellectually communicate said ideas will ensure a successful time at you occupation. Last but not least, in order to be successful in your employment, you must be flexible to the obstacles that are inevitable. I urge you to strive to obtain these essential job skills because they are worthwhile.
While working or while looking for work there are certain skills sets that are universally important. No matter what job or career path you have chosen these skills make it easier to obtain your goals, whatever they may be.
In conclusion I believe that I have developed both skills working with others and improving your own learning and performance. But I need to work on these skills so I can use them in a more effective way; and I also recognise that I will not develop these in a short period of time. I will have to work on the strategies I have mentioned throughout the assignment in order to improve these skills.

Not having sufficient employability skill sets, is one of the main reason for many students not getting selected in campus drives.
