Self-Reflection
I have completed many team projects in the past, but none that has taught me as much as this experience. Throughout the transition into college I have been learning the importance of organizing my schedule and workload. My lack of interest caused me to push off my research and start off doing a haphazard job. Eventually I realized I was not keeping an open mind and my selfishness would in turn impact the entire group as a whole. It turned out that this topic did indeed reflect some of my interest and values as a person. I am glad I did realize this eventually, but upset that it impacted my group in a less positive way initially. Another one of my weaknesses as a team member was, and always has been, my inflexible schedule. We are all very busy people, but the way my schedule is presently configured does not leave large stretches of time to do work, especially as a group. This meant when trying to schedule our meetings my team members would have to sacrifice and accommodate my schedule more than most other members or begin without me for a portion of our meeting. Looking back at the work, I am proud of how I was able to contribute despite this challenge; I believe we as a group produced a high quality
