The salesperson’s name is Mohd Azizul, 23 years old and working in the field of sales almost 3 years but he is new worker in the Factory Mobile. He was born in Kuala Terengganu and stay in Terengganu as well. He studied at Kolej Poli-Tech MARA (KPTM) Kuala Terengganu Diploma of Technical for 3 years. He was expert in technical and that is the advantage that he has. Based on what we see when we go to their shop, he is very friendly with customers. He is also have some training before working as a salespeople. He said Factory Mobile provide the training with senior salesperson teach everything about sale to the new salesperson. The path I chose to take when coming out of high school was entering the business school at Howard University.
