DeadPool the character is played by a famous actor named Ryan Reynolds. Ryan Reynolds in this movie plays a character that is technically a super hero because his body heals almost instantly when receiving any kind of damage. He has been shot many times and even cut off his own hand and was perfectly fine afterwards. This being said he is pretty much immortal and goes after the bad guys. This in my book would be considered a super hero. DeadPool, the character Ryan Reynolds plays, is a guy that jokes a lot and has a very comedic approach at almost everything even when it is a very serious situation. DeadPool is a protagonist in his movie because he is the main character and he has an opposing factor against him. The opposing factor would be the guy that expiremented on him and made him immortal. This guy, Francis, wants him dead because Deadpool is a threat to him. Deadpool wants Francis dead because he ruined his skin and now Deadpool cant go into public without a mask …show more content…

He works for a guy named Francis. Francis is the main scientist that tries different things on people and then sells them with their special abilities to the highest bidder. Deadpool was apart of the test dummies and was eventually gonna be sold to a guy but he ended up escaping from this place. Deadpool got away and wanted to find Francis and make him change him back to how he was. Unfortunately, Francis wasn't able to turn him back so DeadPool kills
What is hero? A hero, under the Merriam-Webster definition, is a person who is admired for brave/great acts or fine qualities. This is a very broad definition that combines both ancient and modern belief of what --or who-- a hero should be. Beowulf is an epic poem that focuses on an Anglo-Saxon hero. As such he embodies the traits that his culture valued most. Deadpool, on the other hand, portrays the most recent ideas of what traits a hero should embody. With these examples from contrasting periods, we are still able to see similarities and differences that shows how modern and Anglo-Saxon idea of heroism reflects its culture.
A person who overcomes antagonistic and unnecessary issues in a mature and powering manor. That is the definition of a hero to me. Someone who is being hurt and sees others hurt from the actions and takes charge and does everything in his power to change it. Someone who puts others before themselves and acts in the most chivalrous way. The definition of a hero is different for everyone. Some one might think of a hero as someone who can lift a car and put it on their back, or gives a dying person their kidney. Yes all of those people are forms of hero’s. You can’t tell someone that they are not a hero just because they don’t change into a disguise in a telephone both or can throw lightning bolts from a cloud. Everyone is a hero in their own way.
A hero is defined as "someone admired for his bravery, great deeds or noble qualities". There are three categories to which all heroes can be classified into, one of which is the anti-hero genre.
Heroes, the unordinary beings with extravagant abilities, from powers and competence to skills and talents. Heroes are people who are idealized by society for their courage and individuality. Iconic and well recognized heroes like Hercules, Superman, Spiderman and Achilles are some of the few heroes known around. All heroes have a similarity to each other, for example Beowulf and Batman. While both can be considered great heroes, they differ significantly, yet are similar in other ways.
Dictionaries’ definitions of the word hero are exceedingly vague. A standard dictionary limits the definition of a hero to, “a man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities” (Dictionary.com). Heroes are people, not just men, who are generous, courageous, and take every event as part of the whole stream of life rather than as a critical moment. Humanity, endurance, and perseverance are other critical characteristics of a deserving candidate for such a title.
My super hero would be (dramatic pause) Janitor Man. By day an ordinary janitor, by night an extraordinary janitor (and sometimes in the day).
There are many qualities that people think a hero should have. To name a few of those qualities there is; courage, determination, focus, compassion, dedication, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, and wisdom. (http://www.personalitytutor.com/qualities-of-a-hero.html). Most people believe these are very important qualities to have, probably because they themselves wish they had more of those traits. Most people believe that these traits are not just traits of “superheroes”; they are also the traits of everyday heroes, or real heroes-not super heroes- throughout history.
Deadpool was originally a supervillain who had a superhuman healing factor that regenerates damaged or destroyed areas of his structure quickly. He went into a chamber to gain this superpower and turned good rather than evil.
Being a hero means that one can show courage when it comes to facing a problem. It is a person who helps others in many ways, such as a person in danger. In the modern era, the creation of superheroes have become popular when it comes to producing films. Viewers can choose their favorite heroes due to the idea that there a many of them. However, most fans argue which superheroes are better. Two of the most popular superheroes are DC’s Batman and Marvel’s Iron Man. Although Batman and Iron Man are loved by many viewers because of how they help people in danger, they still demonstrate imperfections which can cause viewers to dislike them. However, both superheroes share similarities and differences between themselves. Batman and Iron Man have
Superman, Spiderman, Iron Man, Batman. These are some examples of the modern day hero. Most call this form of hero a Super Hero. In the early nineteenth century, the popular hero of the day was the romantic hero. Mary Shelly gives a great picture of this hero in her novel Frankenstein.
A hero is defined as someone who is acknowledged for their courageous and selfless behavior or actions. Clint Eastwood’s character Walt Kowalski, in the film Gran Torino is a stellar example of this definition of a hero. Walt was more than a decorated war hero; he helped his neighbors and community. Eastwood’s character generated opportunities for Thao, a young man who didn’t have a father and lacked guidance. Walt saved Thao’s sister, Sue from an unfavorable situation as well as gave his own life to protect her and her family from a local gang. Walt proved throughout various stages of his life that he was selfless and willing to do the right thing no matter the situation. Walt did whatever it took to preserve peace and save his friends and community from harm. No matter the circumstances Walt’s morals and integrity would not falter. His actions would be above and beyond the average man’s. The movie highlights certain heroic events in Walt’s adult life beginning with his service in the United States Army during the Korean War.
For Iron Man, he is also a famous person with high social class. He is weapon producer and a director of company. Before he becomes a super hero he is just the one who creates weapons. He is clever but sometimes he is quite rash that he do not plan before he act.

Trailers for movies can often be very deceiving. I saw the preview for the movie Deadpool with Ryan Reynolds in theaters and it seemed to look like a great movie. The trailer foresaw many action scenes fused with witty remarks by deadpool. Everything about the movie looked very enjoyable. The actual movie, on the other hand, was awful. I could see right through the acting and the humor was extremely dry. Even the action scenes were quick and anticlimactic. The gap between what people are seeing in the trailer and what is actually being seen in the movie is absolutely enormous. Which brings me to the point that all movies have certain characteristics that make it a good movie.
