The HSE (Health and Safety Executive) UK implements all the laws and legislation in the workplace. Health and Safety at Work Act covers all the health and safety aspects at work place. It ensure the health and safety policies to reduce the risks of work-related death, injury and ill health. It can be assure by research, information and advice, posters, promoting training, new regulations and codes of practice, and working with local authority agencies. It is important to implement and maintain the need for rules and regulations in a safe working place.

It makes worker's compensation costs down and allows employees to spend less time off the job which is law.
A successful health and safety is the key part of a safe working environment. For this we should take a look safety and health system. Some components may be strong and others may need to be strengthened. There are some key factors which give ideas about how to make health and safety as part of scientific work place.
