The corporate level is the strategic level. The business level is the operational level, and the functional level is the mission in motion. These levels of management are appropriate for strategic considerations. There is some importance that are different in every situation for each of these levels. For instance, the corporate level is an analyze-plan acts of sequence. Here the primary responsibility of the corporate level executives is to determine the script, which will move the company into its next tier level. Also, there is the top-down method among the corporate level, which defines the strategy for the business level management. Next, the business level management bears more responsibility in carrying an issue than corporate because they do not define the strategy, but add value to it and are simply operational manage with an innovative design. Management at this level add so much value to the company until the functional level of management believe they are just as important as the business level management. The functional level of management handles the products, and service and bears more responsibility for considering how to respond to an issue.
