“Too often in life, something happens and we blame other people for us not being happy or satisfied or fulfilled. So the point is, we all have choices, and we make the choice to accept people or situations or to not accept situations.(Brady)” People of this world tend to blame others for all their misfortunes and unhappiness. Although most of the time they wrongly assign this blame, there are some times when the blame can be put on others. One of these exceptions is with the classic love tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. In this story Romeo and Juliet died in a confusing mess of disaster events. Another thing that Friar did wrong was help Juliet get out of her marriage with Paris. The event that caused the most harm to Romeo and Juliet that Friar Lawrence was responsible for was not making sure that Romeo knew Juliet was not really dead. He gave a letter to Friar John and put all his trust in him that he would deliver it to Romeo. Friar Lawrence should have taken the letter straight to Romeo and hand delivered it to him. He could tell him briefly about, but leave quickly before anyone heard in on their plan. Long before Romeo and Juliet were born there were two equally noble families, the Montagues and the Capulets. For whatever reason they had a rivalry that lasted many, many years, all the way to the times of Romeo and Juliet. When Juliet was about thirteen years of age the feud between the families had flared up. “From ancient grudge, break to new mutiny, / Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean:(Prologue.1-14)” The feud between the families are responsible for every single other person to blame. While in their situation they didn’t take the correct course of action, it ultimately comes down to the fact that the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets started all their problems. In Lady and Lord Capulet's case, without the feud between the families, Juliet would not have had to kept her love for Romeo a secret in the first place, making it so they never set up her marriage with Paris. With Tybalt, his only reason for wanting to kill Romeo, causing Romeo to kill him and get banished, was because he was a Montague. Finally for Friar Lawrence, the absolute only reason he was involved in any of this was because he married them to try and mend the feud between the Montagues and the Capulets. “For this alliance may so happy prove / To turn your households' rancor to pure love.(2.3.93-94)” Without a doubt, the conflict between the Montagues and the Capulets, which Romeo and
