The Role and Responsibilities of a Trainer for JD Sports within JD Sports & Fashion PLC
My aim is to encourage the learner to take responsibility of his or her own development and become self-sufficient.
One of key roles as a trainer for JD Sports is to motivate and engage the Trainees to want to develop their abilities and aspirations. My role is not just about delivering training and learning - my role is much more to support Trainees to change behaviours and develop their role and skills to the best of their abilities.
