I have always set big goals, and had even bigger dreams. However, these dreams aren’t like those of some of my classmates such as becoming a movie star or a famous soccer player, but ones of curing cancer and providing the world with answers to scientific phenomena. Should the Gatton Academy provide me the chance to take the next step toward fulfilling these dreams, very little would prevent me from attending.
My stomach turns as my name echoes through the air. It was time for my turn. At this moment, I felt unprepared. Regret rushed through me. I should have read through this essay again, or stayed up longer the night before. Was there a way around this? Sweat fell from my face. Suddenly, I’m reminded of a nightmare I had as a child. I had been screaming in the middle of the street, though no sound came out. My old fear of public speaking has returned. I felt years’ worth of special education classes, and speech classes were for nothing. This workshop was my first major test of post-secondary education. I could not fail. Taking a deep breath, I stood up and read my essay. Thinking back, I remembered how I dealt with my past academic struggles.
The senior members of my team recognised how effectively I am able to work within a team. Consequently, I was requested to work in the Beaconsfield office to assist other solicitors with their workload. The significant transition is demonstrated on my final SAF report as I was given a

That was of the early twenty-first century when Vietnam was at the dawn of globalization and marketing had its very first step in local business. At that time, entrepreneurs who successfully applied new Western business models in Vietnam such as e-commerce or convenience chain stores made a name for themselves and earned society’s respect. As a young student, I was fascinated by their branding stories. Therefore, I joined Tomorrow Entrepreneur Club, one of the strongest clubs in the university aiming at incubating young student entrepreneurs. During that time, I engaged in various activities from designing leaflet, posters, organizing events for students to partaking in a student business start-up. I decided to trade off my academic achievements of the first three semesters at university against work experience to gain an insight into business, particularly marketing.

What contributing factors affect student motivation towards success in college? Motivation is a force that helps people to achieve what they yearn to be, which helps people conquer obstacles to reach a goal. Students can be physically present in the classroom, but mentally absent. Many things can play a factor in student academic success from the quality of the professors’ lecture, to sufficient and modern facilities or the effective engagement between student and professors. In many researches including the books Lives on the Boundary by Mike Ross and Academically Adrift by Richard Arum and Josipa Roksa it demonstrates factors that students face in the achievement of academic success. Those factors that coincide on student academic success are motivation, life responsibilities, and preparation.
The human resource department was saying that the volunteers in entertainment team who are from first year student were complaining something to them, but the entertainment manager didn’t know anything about this until banquet finished. Actually it is the problem about communication between the managers. They didn’t talk about this at the time and solve this together. In the beginning of the banquet, we had the class meeting at least twice a week, but the Managers spent one - third of the time complaining about why somebody was not there, and the rest of the time was spent arguing until the end of the meeting did not discuss the banquet helpful things. It’s all useless. This is why there were more classmates that do not want to join the class meeting. If I am the banquet manager, I won’t let it to become like this. First of all, I will be in the class meeting before the first and each department managers to discuss whether there are any problems in various departments can not be resolved, and then to make a list that what anything else need to make a decision with everyone. Finally class meeting. During the class meeting, I will write down all of the ideas from everybody, at the end of the class meeting, call the managers of each department to discuss with the ideas which from classmates which can be used which do not need. “For
