Being a pilot is a tedious job and requires strict regulations while going through the process of gaining an opportunity to acquire a job. To become a pilot one has to go through a series of steps to attain the position. For example, how will the pilot attain the job, how will the pilot be trained, interviewed, benefits, his or her rights, and also have to take into consideration the disciplinary actions that will be taken. The process to become a pilot in the company is going to be very tedious and well thought before hiring the right pilot. The job description for the right pilot involves a lot of regulations and safety standards. The pilot has to obey all federal regulations and be very aware of all the situations and information not only in the airplane but outside the airplane. The pilot has to make sure he or she knows all the information in regards of the route, weather, passengers and aircraft. The process of recruiting a pilot would have to start with searching from airlines that have laid off their pilot due to overload of pilots or recruit pilots from the military. The military is known for having great pilots and putting them through the right training and knowledge in becoming a pilot. Why the military? The military deals with highly trained individuals with high capacity, and that is why the military is a great form of requirement. Furthermore, pilot schools would also be another great source of recruitment. Pilot schools also train individuals to meet the high standards needed to become a pilot.
