Quality, according to Joseph Juran (1904- 2008) , means that a product meets customer needs leading to customer satisfaction, and quality also means all the activities in which a business engages in to ensure that the product meets customer need.
2.2Importance of Quality
The concept of quality in company focuses on the reserves and extra income that organizations be capable of understand if they eradicate errors during their operations and make products and services at the finest level of quality preferred by their customers. Errors can take almost any type, for example producing incorrect figure of fuel liters, sending wrong bill statements to the customers or responding inefficiently to the customer complaints etc.All of these errors are very common and the costs incurred seem minimal. Responding to recalls and highly publicized safety concerns in 2010, Toyota focused on quality and safety. Changing its leadership structure and creating a new internal reporting system are two measures that should help restore its reputation for outstanding quality control.
