The arena known as Sports Entertainment consist of numerous sanctioning bodies or associations that govern them and or guide their success, along with decline or failure in today’s ultra-competitive process to gain residual income from society. This paper will discuss a code of ethics and evaluation for execution to ensure initial growth with eye setting goals of success. Establishing principles, areas of focus for the employee’s to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), will guide thought processes and actions while growing the entertainment business daily. The company is a fabrication of 30 plus years being involved in motorsports from a young child to an executive in the current sport. The industry is made up of successful organizations, such as NASCAR, Indy Car, along with organizations that are not so successful such as NHRA and IHRA. The leadership needs direction, values and ethics to assist in making the difficult decisions that are engaged in a daily basis by the board, staff and newest employee to ensure that the spectators, participants and business partners are valued, respected and excited to spend their residual income to be involved with the sport. The purpose of the code of ethics, conduct as well as mission statement is to provide the support to execute the harder right versus the easier wrong when it comes to daily tasks to the individual responsible for cleaning up the facilities. Leadership has to live, breathe, eat and emulate the code of ethics, conduct and mission statement.
