Ms. Su Ann, his top manager, had made him grow and she had always motivated him. He had been following Ms. Su Ann for at least five years now since the first day of his work. It was not easy to follow the same boss for five years as sometimes they would have changed to other departments due to conflicts that might occur. Therefore, it was quite difficult to maintain and build a close bond with one another.
