birthday coming up in just a couple weeks. Everything is going great until multiple large men burst through your front door and take away you and your parents who immigrated to America from Mexico before you were born. They say that your parents are going to be deported back to Mexico and you are being forced into foster care or a group home. As horrible as this may sound, it is the case for many United States citizen children whose parents are immigrants. Many parents will immigrate to the United States to have their children so that they can grow up and have a better life. While some immigrants may never get caught, many do and are forced to leave their children behind. It is a very traumatizing experience for the young children and teens to have their parents taken away and left all alone. They are then forced to live with strangers who can not even relate to their situation or may not even speak their language. A program should be implemented for children of recently deported immigrants to come together in the same home with caregivers that will help them through their situation and help them integrate into society as a normal United States citizen. The program would give them a peaceful place to live and grow up with other children they can relate to. They would help keep the house clean just as any other kid would do and spend time doing homework. After each child learns to fluently speak English they will attend a near by public school. They will get a complete education starting from whatever grade level they are at when brought to the home. Each child will graduate and get their high school diploma or GED before leaving the home. The funding for this program would come from numerous sponsors who support the program. All costs would be covered by generous donations and sponsorship
