A lot of people go to they gym and leave with the idea that they’ve reached their goals by using the equipment, but do they really know what exercise is? or the Science involved in it? The problem here is many people don’t know how dangerous forcing the body and muscles can be. Personal Trainers have a lot to do with helping clients choose the right pathway into reaching their goals in a safely mater. Although a degree is not always needed in Canada or the United States it’s recommended. Thanks to all the Colleges and Universities in and out of the state it is now much easier for students to reach out and pursue their dreams. If studied further students can earn a certified personal trainer degree (“Kinesiology and Exercise Science”). Majoring in kinesiology is another pathway into personal training. It opens up more opportunities into the field. Kinesiology is the scientific study of the human body and movement. With a Kinesiology degree you can apply for several jobs, not only personal training. The Variety does not limit. Kinesiology jobs include physical education,athletic training and ect.
