Last summer on the last day of school we went to Orlando Florida to go to Disney world. We woke up very early to get to the airport and we had a 4 hour flight .The flight was actually pretty short considering the plane was moving really fast that we got there in 3 hours. When we arrived in florida, we checked into our hotel and went straight to dinner and when we came back from dinner we went swimming at the pool.Early the next morning we woke up and went to Magic Kingdom Park in Disney World for the first time. Magic Kingdom was the most crowded park because that is one of the most famous ones.We stayed at the park all day, some of the rides I went on are space mountain,Splash mountain,Seven dwarfs mine train and it's a small world. It's a small world is really creepy in my opinion because there are dolls singing a really creepy song but the overall the message is good. It's about all the countries coming together and realizing that they are all connected. For dinner we went to the restaurant be our guest which is also in magic kingdom and its theme is from the movie beauty and the beast .Something that the restaurant is well-known for one of it’s dessert the grey stuff which is described as a chocolate shell, cookie crème topped with lumiere special the grey stuff.it's really hard to explain but I would …show more content…
We stayed there until the park closed so we got to go on some of our favorites rides again with no wait. For dinner we went to Downtown Disney and met up with one of my dad’s friends at Bongos Cuban
It was the summer of 2012 and my family was taking another trip to Six Flags Great America. Earlier that summer we went just for me to be disappointed. At the time I wasn’t 54 inches yet and couldn’t ride any of the rides that I wanted to because they were the most popular at the amusement park. But, I hit a growth spurt between trips and we planned to ride all of the big rollercoasters. The one that I was most terrified of at the time was Raging Bull, one of the tallest, fastest, and longest steel coasters in the US. As we started to wait in line for the ride I was shaking with both anticipation and fear and began to rethink my idea to ride the rollercoaster. I decided to stay in line and see what many people thought was a great coaster.
What comes to mind when you hear the word adventure!!? Well there is a place in Florida that is guaranteed to bring out your inner kid every time you visit. This place is known as universal Orlando Florida. This is a place where you can go on vacation and have fun like never before as you did when you were a kid. On my visit to Orlando I stated at a four-star resort located inside the theme park known as Cabana Bay Beach Resort, also went to universal studios and islands of adventure were I felt like I was a kid again.
The sound of music, filling the air with happiness, resonates throughout the area. The scent of delicious buttery popcorn and glazed turkey legs that go on for miles and miles. The feeling of excitement coming into the place is felt in the atmosphere. It is the image of a once in a lifetime moment. When people come in, their imaginations become reality. The name describes itself perfectly. Walt Disney World is the place of dreams and imagination. People come from all around the world to see the rides, characters, food and the entertainment of Walt Disney World. I remember when I went to Disney World this past March. It was the third time I have gone to Disney World. To see the amazement and the expectation of the
The next day we had pancakes that the hotel gives for breakfast. That was the best food I have had since the vacation has started. My family and I went to the beach right after that. The water was still cold, so I had to play with the sand. Instead of building a sand castle, I built a set of tunnel and stuff underground. Then, my little brother came and jumped on the tunnels and all of it fell down.
The adventure began at the high school where we all met in the afternoon around one o’ clock to board the huge traveling buses that would take us on our journey to Disney world. The ten hour ride was ridiculously long and almost felt never ending, but we finally arrived at our hotel in Orlando at about one in the morning. I remember we all rushed into
The book Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi follows Zélie and Tzain Adebola, poor, diviner siblings from Ilorin, and Amari and Inan Olbor, regal, rich siblings from Lagos. Zélie, Tzain, and Amari team up to try and bring magic back to Orsha, but Inan attempts to stop them. Eventually, Inan joins forces with them, but not for long before he betrays them once more. This decision by Inan reveals his true character: a traumatized, manipulative leader who is the true villain of the story. One of the reasons that Inan is inherently evil is because of the pressure his father enforces on him.
It was kind of funny listening to my family react to getting wet, especially my grandma because she hates getting wet. Plus when we went down the long slide at the end, my heart felt like it was out of my chest. It was an exhilarating ride, and I had a good time on it. My uncle would say before our trip that Disney had the best fireworks that he ever saw, so I was looking forward to them since my uncle is kind of a pyrotechnic.
My palms were sweaty, I was a nervous wreck; should I go or not? Just the thought of people dying at Six Flags gives me the chills. Falling off a ride and slowly coming to your death. Even though I was at Six Flags who would have thought that I would have to make such a tough decision about a ride.
While on vacation on The Disney Cruise, I, along with my family took a tour by boat to a small resort island. As we approached, I was awestruck by its beauty. I knew this was going to be fun, but had no idea that this place would be forever etched in my mind.
I was astonished at how they built every single detail of the Radiator Springs. There was a racing ride at Cars Land that I loved, it was really fast that my hair got messed up. While we were walking to get something to eat, I saw Goofy and Pluto and took pictures with them. As I walked in the streets, my brain is dancing into the groove of the jazz music through the hidden speakers. In the afternoon we watched the parade, I saw a bunch of Disney characters, it seemed to be watching in the movies of my childhood up closed.
As we arrive to the airport I am so excited, even though it is 4:00 in the morning I have a significant amount of energy. Then it hit me, “I’m going to Disney World.” As the plane lands, I see all the palm trees and the bright sun and I get excited. We got off the plane and picked up our bags and went to the Disney World bus stop. As I got on the bus a video starts to play about everything to do there, and that got me even more excited.
I was excited to see what it looked like since I only got to see it in pictures. We got on a bus and it took us to Epcot. After exploring and having food we got on some rides. We all agreed on what we were going to do till we didn't. Since it was my trip I got to pick where I wanted to go, but I let my friends pick too.
In the summer of 2015, my grandparents decided to take the whole entire family on a Disney Cruise. They picked a twelve day cruise that would have stops in Germany, Sweden, Russia, and others. This would be the first time that my whole family would be together all at once since I was around the age of four. Since it was a European cruise, this meant that we were docking out of Dover. My parents, my sister, and I all lived in California at the time and chose to go early to explore England whereas everyone else stayed in Colorado until departing date of the cruise ship.
At Disney World, my family stayed at the cajun style resort called French Quarter for five days. On each day, we visited one of the four different parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Personally, my favorite park was Hollywood Studios for it had the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. The ride goes from 0 to 60 mph in 3 seconds traveling around twist
Ever since I was about six years old, I wanted in the worst way to go to Disneyland. I would hope every year that my parents would chose Disneyland as our next family vacation destination. I dreamt of the day I would come back from Disneyland with exciting tales of adventure and a pair of sparkly, ruby red and black Minnie Mouse ears of my very own that would be the envy of every kid in my elementary class. Once I finally went to Disneyland, it was amazing; Disneyland was everything I had expected and more. However, a couple years later when I returned to Disneyland, it was different. The rides, buildings, and everything in the park did not have the same allure. The magic I had experienced as a child was no longer there.
