Being a hero is more than possessing superhuman capabilities or battling villains. True heroes set positive examples through their strong morals and values. As cliché as it may sound, I see my mother as my greatest hero due to her undeviating selflessness and love she expresses. She is the strongest person that I know who exhibits all the qualities of a great leader and overall, hero.
Heroes are thought to be an inspiration to others through their bravery, strength, and tenacity. My mother has exemplified these traits time and time again in countless ways. She is driven, hard working woman and does so to ensure the safety and best interest of her family. She constantly worked long hours without complaint in order to make ends meet. My mother

As my role model, she has set examples for me to follow and guide me throughout. Her manifesting positivity is a constant reminder to always focus on the good things in life. She has shown me the importance of being grateful for everything I have. Even through serious health scares or other trying times, she has always remained optimistic, inspiring and me to do the same. Without my mom I would not have had any of the values that she has instilled in me over the years. She has shaped me into the person I am today and I know I can always depend on her to be there for me through my worst times and my best. She is an incredibly patient and understanding woman and I know I can always count on her in a time of need. She is a constant source of support and love in my life and does it all without asking for anything in return. Although I may take it for granted at times, I will forever be appreciative of everything she has sacrificed and the tools she provided in order for me to live a happy, successful life. My mother is the most loving and thoughtful person I have ever met and I could not ask for person to model myself after. As a mother, she takes on the roles of a care giver, nurse, therapist, and countless other titles, but I am most proud to call her my best
A mother is someone that would risk a speeding ticket to get her child to a hospital. A mother is someone that cooks for her family delicious food. A mother is someone that loves her children, even when they disrespect her. A mother is someone who risks all she has for her children. A mother is a HERO! The qualities of a hero are being intelligent, caring, and courageous. Two heroes that display these aspects are Odysseus from the epic The Odyssey and a modern mother. Odysseus, a soldier and a leader, on his journey back from the war of Troy, let the Cyclopes eat his men. In contrast, a modern mom saves her children by rushing to the hospital to save them.
And it’s all thanks to my mother that I turned out the way I did. I wouldn’t have survived my younger years, both physically and mentally without her unwavering support and love. These situations have taught me more than I would have thought as a child. Even with the absence of a father for virtually all of my life, I would be confident in my abilities to provide everything I could to my children. I know from experience what is missing when there’s no father figure, and I would put my all into giving them everything that was missing from my life.
Not to sound like a mother’s boy, I will courageously say that my mother had the most influence on my life and the way I see the world, or have at least come to know it. My mother was a fighter in every sense of the word, even during her illness that took her life back in 1989. Even though I only had her for 19 years of my own life, she was a true blessing; I blame her for the goodness that has been instilled in me.
I will start off by talking about my amazing mother and how she helped me out in the long run. My mother taught me to never rely on anyone that I can do whatever I set my mind to. She also told me that life is full of mistakes, and I would always learn from them. She taught me how to cook so if you ever want something to eat you know who to come to.
The most impactful individual in my life is my mother, Samantha Jarvis, and that is because, she is the one person I know will always be there for me and guide me when I need help. Its safe to say that I would not exist without her (and my dad) and while that is physically true, I also believe that I would not the person I am today without her. My mom has always encouraged me, even from a young age, to chase my passion for learning and find the answers to my questions. She is the one, I get most of morals, ideals, and work ethic from. My mom is one of those people who give a lot and expect nothing in return. She has been the sole provider of my family for the past 18 years due to my father having a broken back and being unable to work. She also the one that does the cleaning around the house, runs errands around town, takes time off work or skips lunch to take me or my sibling to therapy or, to the doctor’s office, and just about everything else.
During my pre adolescent years, as best as I can recall, my mother was the driving influence behind my development. She is a good person and a mother with an iron will and a strict way, and I believe that she was one of my first role models. My father played a part in my development also. He instilled in me the morals and values that I have today and I thank him for that. Unfortunately my father passed away thirteen years ago before I had a chance to tell him that.
She also was on the school board at my grade school, was politically active, and was active in our church. Seeing her stand up to error in public situations gave me the strength to do the same. Sadly, I had to fight error in my high school history class. I disputed my religion teacher's position concerning the civil rights movement (just one of many discussions we had that year). But without Mom's example, I would have been silent like the other kids.
Even before my first tear hits the ground, my mother is there to wipe it away. My mother feels my pain before I can even realize it. She understands my needs before I can even think of them. That’s why we call her a mother. My mother has been an extraordinary influence on my life and always will be. She’s the kind of mom who would always take time out and care for her four children and the mom who would never let her hardships in her life distress her kids. My mother has always been a very strong role model to me, and growing up with someone like her to look up to has changed my life in many ways. She has helped me grow physically, intellectually, and considerately. She taught me to always love, care, and give back to the people I am grateful for.
She always cares for me even in the worst conditions like the time I had salmonella in 5th grade she was at the side of my hospital bed for the whole 4 days I was out. Mom I love you and no one can deny that you inspire me to do better than i did before thank you for always being there for me. I love
Despite our financial struggles she always gave me love and support and we were happy with what very few we had. My mother was disciplined parent. I would get punished for wrong doings. On the other hand she was nurturing and easy to relate with. She taught me how to ride a bicycle to driving a car; she believed in me and always blessed me with her words of wisdom.
There was a time in our lives that we were struggling bad and through everything my mom and dad also still made sure me and my brothers had what we needed. I respect and look up to her so much for what she does for us. Even if it's just taking us out for a family dinner , i'm so grateful. Theres times where we have our offs but sometimes you need to remind yourself that anyone can be gone in an instant and i don't know what i would do without that woman because in all honesty she keeps me going and motivated every single day , hour , minute. Theres times where she has sacrificed things for me and my brothers and sometimes you don't realize it until you actually realize it.
My mother was not only worry and take care of me, she always by my side when I need her help. I felt sad, my mother always by my side to talk and to console. While I am glad, my mother is always been there to share and listen to me. When I failed to do something, my mother who was gave me advices. She has always supported me in all my choices. She tried to make me strong people with independent minds. I looks to her in hopes that someday I will be as happy, as strong and as well as
...mportant person in my life and I know that she will be always there for me with help, her love, and her care. She’s a wonderful person, she admires the beauty of life, and as a result she is always in a good mood. Now, like my mother, I’m a positive thinker, and I am a creative person who believes life is what you create it to be. I also know if I have to make any big decisions in my life, I can always ask my mom for advice because she has the wisdom and experience. I also know that she will tell me the truth even if it is not something that I want to hear, but she will tell me with kindness and without any judgment. My mother is my role model because she does so much for me; she gives me everything she has just to make my life easier. I love my mother and I am so thankful that she is the way she is. My mother is always there for me and I would do anything for her.
All in all, my mother has had a great impact on my life. She encourages me to always grow and blossom into a better person each day of my life. No matter what happens in life, she has taught me to have faith and keep a smile on my face because better days will come. She’s been supportive and makes sure that I continue to prosper. Also, she has helped mold me into the young adult I am today and the success adult that I am sure to be in my future. My mother has greatly affected my life and for that she is greatly
My grandfather was my role model because he would always help others. He was a doctor, and he would treat patients, even if they could not pay him. It did not matter to him. All that mattered was that he was able to help someone.
