INT. bedroom - morning
NATASHA, 24, DEPRESSED, is sleeping in a king bed by herself. The alarm goes off. She wakes up, turns off the alarm. Lays in bed awake, staring at the ceiling.
An hour passes on the big clock on the wall behind the bed. Natasha finally gets out of bed. She walks to the drawer on the corner of the room. Opens the first drawer, takes a box from inside, opens the box. A silver handgun is inside the box.
Natasha takes the handgun, closes the box and puts it back on the drawer. She walks to the bed with the gun, she sits down, looks at the gun for a moment, takes a deep breath and places the gun on the bed. She walks to the bathroom.
int. bathroom - morning
On the sink, there's a bottle of prescription medicine. Natasha

takes the bottle, opens it and tosses all of the pills in the toilet. She flushes the pills and throws the empty bottles on the trash. Natasha undresses and there are cuts all over her legs, from her knees to her tights. She gets in the shower. INT. BEDROOM - MORNING Natasha is in a towel coming back from the bathroom. She takes the gun from the bed and puts in her handbag. She gets dressed in a blue long dress. int. kitchen - morning Natasha takes an apple and starts eating. She takes a plastic bag, opens all the kitchen cabinets and takes all the food from inside and puts in the plastic bag. She opens the refrigerator and takes all the food and drinks from it and puts in the plastic bag. She leaves the bag on the counter and goes to the living room. INT. LIVING ROOM - MORNING Natasha looks around the living room, the room is filled with cardboard boxes, some are closed and piled together. In every closed box, there's something writing in it. Decorations, books. She takes some of the empty boxes and goes back to the kitchen. INT. KITCHEN - MORNING Natasha starts to empty the cabinets in the kitchen, she takes all the pans, all the glasses, all the plates and puts everything in boxes. She does that until there's nothing left. She closes the boxes and writes kitchen in it. She takes the boxes from the kitchen to the living room. INT. LIVING ROOM - MORNING Natasha piles the kitchen boxes with the others. She sits on the couch looks around, looks at the watch on her wrist. She takes more empty boxes and goes to her bedroom. INT. BEDROOM - MORNING Natasha starts to empty everything in her bedroom, every drawer, everything inside the wardrobe. She takes everything and puts on the floor by the boxes. Once she's done, she sits on the floor. She takes her clothes and starts to put inside a box, she takes a yellow skirt, looks at it and smiles before putting in the box. She takes a leather jacket and hugs it before putting in the box. She takes her time with other objects. She finishes putting everything in boxes in her bedroom. Writes in them what's inside and takes them to the living room. INT. LIVING ROOM - MORNING With her handbag, Natasha starts to put the boxes outside her apartment, she takes the plastic bag with food too. INT. hallway - morning With a lot of boxes piled in the hallway, Natasha presses the elevator button. After a few seconds the elevator door opens. int. elevator - morning Natasha put one box on the door to hold the elevator open and starts to put the boxes inside. The elevator goes down. It stops on the garage. int. garage - morning Natasha manages to get all of the boxes from the elevator to her car. She puts some on the back sit and some on the trunk. int. car - morning Natasha is driving, she stops in a clothing store with a sign outside. Forever Clothes, donations accepted. EXT. Clothing store parking lot - morning Natasha gets out of the car, opens the trunk and takes the boxes writing clothes in it. She goes to the store. int.

From afar, we see Natasha walking in the store, talking to a WOMAN and leaving the boxes. She walks back to the car.
INT. CAR - MORNING
Natasha drives to a park. She parks her car in the streets, and goes to the park with the plastic bag with food.
ext. park - morning
Natasha is walking around, she sees a HOMELESS MAN sleeping. She takes some of the food from the plastic bag and puts by his side.
She keeps walking and sees another HOMELESS MAN with a dog, she goes to them and gives the man some of the food, she pets his dog and smiles.
Natasha goes to a food truck, buys a hot dog and sits in a bench in the park. She slowly eats her hot dog. Every bite she closes her eyes and enjoys.
She watches the PEOPLE passing in front of her.
A HOMELESS WOMAN is walking with a cart full of trash, Natasha gives the woman the plastic bag with food, the woman looks inside the bag and sees the food, she smiles at Natasha.
Natasha goes back to her car.

She drives to an old bookstore. Picks up the box with books from the back sit and walks to the bookstore.

From afar we watch her going in, talking to a MAN, giving him the box and leaving.

AFTERNOON Back to her car, Natasha drives to a more desert location. There are no other cars or people in the street. She starts speeding, she opens the window and puts her hand out feeling the breeze. She drives like that for a while. She stops the car in front of a lake. ext. lake - afternoon She gets out the car and walks towards the lake. She looks around. There are green trees, birds humming, it's a relaxing place. Natasha sits by a tree and takes a nap. She wakes up looks at her watch and goes back to the car. INT. CAR - AFTERNOON She drives back to the city and goes to law firm. int. law firm - afternoon Natasha is sitting on a table with a LAWYER, he's pointing at the papers and she's singing it. Once she's done singing, they shake hands and she leaves. INT. CAR - AFTERNOON Natasha gets on her car, she hugs the wheel for a second, nods and starts driving. She drives to a car store. ext. car store - afternoon A MAN walks out of the store, greets Natasha, she gives him the car keys and he gives her an envelope, she opens the envelope, checks the money inside. She takes the boxes out of the car and calls a cab. int. cab back sit - afternoon Natasha is sitting in the back sit with the 3 boxes left, two with kitchen stuff and one with decorations. She takes a paper from her handbag and writes something, she puts the paper in the envelope with money and writes on the back, to mom and dad. The car stops, Natasha gets out with the boxes. ext. parent's house - afternoon Natasha walks to one of the cars parked in front of the house and opens the door. natasha He always leaves it open. She puts the boxes inside the car, in the front sit, she puts the envelope on top of the boxes and walks to the house. She knock on the door. int. parent's house - afternoon MARY, 54, NATASHA'S MOTHER goes open the door. When she sees Natasha she smiles and pulls her inside with a hug. RICK, 55, NATASHA'S FATHER, is coming down stairs, Natasha goes for a hug. INT. parent's LIVING ROOM - NIGHT They all go to the living room, they sit on the couch. Time flies as they talk, laugh, watch tv. int. parent's dinning room - night They all move to the dinning room, they starts to set the table together. Mary bring a wine and a huge chicken to the table. They sit and start eating and drinking. They are all smiles. When all the food is over, they clean the table and go back to the living room with their glasses of wine. INT. parent's living room - night They are all sitting on the couch, drinking wine and talking. Time passes and Natasha's parents fall asleep. She looks at them and starts crying. She tries not to make any sound. She wipes out her tears and kisses them both on their foreheads. She leaves the house. ext. street - night Natasha is walking around the neighborhood. Is the middle of the night, the streets are empty, she's the only person walking in the street, sometimes a car passes by. She spots a playground. She goes over there. ext. playground - night Natasha sits on the swing and starts swinging, she closes her eyes and a tear drops. She sits on the ground and plays with the sand for a while.
She writes on the sand, help, and then she passes her hand in what she wrote, making the word disappear from the sand.
Natasha leaves the playground. She walks back to her apartment.
INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT
Natasha walks in her apartment with her shoes in her hands. She leaves her shoes on the floor and goes to the kitchen.
int. kitchen - night
Natasha takes a red label bottle that was hiding inside a cabinet. She leaves the apartment with the bottle and her handbag.
ext. rooftop - night
Natasha gets to the rooftop of her building, she sits in a chair, puts the handbag on the ground and holds the bottle. She looks at the city, all the buildings with with lights on, the sound of ambulances and cars.
She opens the bottle and starts drinking. When half the bottle is empty the sun starts to come out.
EXT. ROOFTOP - MORNING
Natasha takes the gun from her handbag, she gets up from the chair and watches the sunrise.
She puts the gun in her head, closes her eyes, takes a deep breath and pulls the trigger.
ext. street - morning
Rick walks to his car, opens the door and sees the boxes inside, he picks up one of the boxes and the envelope falls on the
floor. He puts the box on the ground and takes envelope, he opens looks at the money inside confused, he finds a piece of paper, he reads what's in the paper and his expression changes, tears start to run down his face. He goes back to the house disoriented. INT. KITCHEN - MORNING Mary is sitting down drinking coffee. Rick walks in with the piece of paper in his hands. Mary looks at him confused and scared. He gives the paper to Mary, she reads outloud MARY I took care of everything. I just couldn't keep going. I'm sorry. I don't know what else to say. Natasha. Mary starts crying uncontrollably, Rick hugs her, she falls on the floor, they both sit on the floor crying and hugging each other.
When Robert reaches Bailleul and stays the first night in a hotel, he immediately passes out in his room. He wakes once wondering what time it is the remembers the watch Barbara bought him. Although it is 1:30 Robert falls back asleep. He then wakes up later wondering if he has slept through an entire day; he gets up showers and makes way for Desole, this is a housing facility for the mentally ill as well as soldiers.
