The best way to start a personal integrity strategy is, first; to understand that you have to keep your word on anything that you promise to do, second; make sure that all of your communications with your team are clear and truthful, third; make sure that you have tight any loose ends that can compromise your life work or code of ethics, fourth; make sure that you stay focus on the goals that you have set for the company and yourself, and Fifth; make sure that you surround yourself with the correct people that is going to help you make your business a successful one.

a. Appreciation: learning to say thank you to does that help you succeed.
b. Commitment: A promise we make to ourselves that we are going to do everything possible to succeed.

d. Dedication: To never give up and always give it your all.
e. Forgiveness: When you are able to forgive, you are going to be able to keep moving forward.
f. Gratitude: Be grateful for what I have.
g. Honesty: To make sure that you are truthful and keep our hearts clean.
h. Integrity: Is how we react to what is done to us and stay true to what we believe.
i. Love: The love we have for our families, our co-workers, and most importantly with our God.
