Oppression: can be defined as a prolonged unjust and/or cruel treatment or at times can be control (Charles 2008). In other words, it can be referred to as the state of being unjust. Other words that can also be used to refer to oppression are abuse, repression, subjection among many others. Kevin turns out to be oppressed with reference to the definition above. He is treated quite differently by the other employees in a not very friendly manner at the workplace and during short recess periods.

Intolerance has both its negative and positive issues. However, for this case, intolerance can be well used to positively benefit the society.
Giving a criminal a gun can be end up being disastrous whereas giving the same gun to a policeman might end up being beneficial to the security of people. Human beings are supposed rather expected by the society to adapt and change, the better persons, therefore, will always survive whole the ones on the other side will end up succumbing to death in the society. In what way can this situation be compared with other forms of discrimination?
Take an example of criminal activities and how they are being considered and though about by the human race (Racism, Discrimination, Intolerance, and Extremism: Learning from Experiences in Greece and Hungary 2002). Negatively of course and parse considered intolerant. You will agree that no one will like to be associated with a criminal in the society except fellow criminals. Kevin, in this case, has been discriminated by not only his fellow employees but also the management. The immediate dismissal is not fair at all.
Logically, the criminal society is discriminated and will end up being deprived of some advantages like freedom of movement in the neighborhood. People will consider them as dangerous people which of course we all agree.
Now answering the above question with the example given above, isn’t intolerance incomparable to discrimination?
Is there any legal action that can be taken? Why or why not?
