Many people around the world suffer from obesity. Obesity is a condition in which a body has so much fat that has a negative effect on health. Obesity is a very big issue that our communities are suffering from as it causes many illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and strokes. In addition, we shouldn't forget that it causes to get a large body and being overweight. The first method is organizing our diet. This means we should know the fundamental nutrients that our bodies require such as carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats because not all kinds of fat are fit to the body. Moreover, we should find out many calories they really have because everybody needs different amount of calories. Also, we should be below the limitation of calories that our bodies need. For example, everyone should at least eat three meals per day, that is breakfast, lunch and dinner. The first meal should be in the morning. It should be a small meal that can supply energy to us. And the other meals should be organized and balanced. This was the first method that we must follow to lose fat, the second method, however, is quite different; it depends on a sport. The most common sport that helps to lose fat after making a diet plan is walking. There are many kinds of sports such as football, basketball, gymnastic and a lot of sports that could be effective, but walking is the easiest sport that does not need much effort. If we persist in following a good diet and walking 30 minutes a day, we will be in good and healthy
Now, to the health risks. Weight gain is obviously the most common risk associated with over-eating, however weight gain can lead to obesity which can lead on to a whole host of problems, including (according to

Obesity has been a health problem ever since infectious disease had began in the first half of the 20th Century. The person with obesity is not the only person who is affected by their disease. In the case of childhood obesity, It can affect the parents because they might be the cause of the child’s issues. It can also lead to many different health problems such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and respiratory problems, and it can also even lead to death. I. Introduction: You’ve probably heard it a million times that obesity is an issue on the rise in America. Well, why if everyone knows that it is a problem is nothing being done to fix it? I’m here to propose a solution to this problem affecting over a third of the adult American Population.
Have you ever had those moments where you are feeling unmotivated or zero energy to workout? I will be the first to tell you I have had these moments. Being involved in the fitness world, I love every aspect of fitness. For the past 5 years, I was working out 5 days a week and had my ups and downs with results. I am guilty of it, I would pick up a workout magazine and try out this crazy workout and just destroy my body. Sure, I saw some results but I was becoming more and more tired throughout the day. On top of that, I was only getting 5 hours of sleep and not eating appropriately to refuel my body. I know stupid right? I am human and I am not perfect!
Today I will be outlining my plan to help education parents and children alike on the dangers of childhood obesity. When promoting plus sizes and television shows, are self-esteem or heart disease also being promoted? People throughout the world struggle with being anorexic, bulimic, overweight, or obese. TLC’s now popular reality TV show, My 600 Pound Life, displays the daily struggles of morbidly obese people. While encouraging women to love their body is appealing, there are many dangers in the fondness of obesity. Glorifying obesity can lead to being morbidly unhealthy, as demonstrated by Dominique Lanoise, a woman who died from morbid obesity.
America is one of the most obese countries in the world, and the reasons are quite obvious. Take a look around. Fast food chains on every block, more and more technology to make our lives easier, and high amount of stress are just a few factors to weight gain in our country. There are many different views on obesity and how the people think it should be resolved, whether it's government making the change or the people taking care of themselves. Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and tripled in adolescents in the past 30 years. Are we doing enough to bring these statistics down? No. In the last 40 years, there has been a growth to more than 160,000 fast food restaurants in America (“Adolescent and School Health”). Restaurants (such as Wendy's, McDonald's etc.) serve more than 50 million people per day, generating about 65 million in sales annually. Only since obesity has become a national epidemic have fast food restaurants changed their ways. But we need to do more than just change the kind of oil the french fries are fried in. Better yet, why don't we remove, or intensely decrease the number of the unhealthy fast food chains, and spread more healthy fast food chains, such as Subway? Is it something government could take act in? Should the United States government take measures to fight the rise of obesity in the country, or are choices concerning diet and nutrition better left to the individuals, free of government interference?
through out your busy day. There is still no excuse why you can 't have 10
For my final project I chose to write about childhood obesity. Initially I felt like this was a mistake and the topic was going to overwhelm me but as each week passes I feel more and more comfortable about the topic.

Furthermore, when going to a restaurant to have dinner, they serve you an over sized food portions. Not only in food places, but also: in gas stations, movies theaters, supermarkets, and even at your own home. That oversize meal can feed two or more people at once, but since no one does shares their meal, this means too many calories going in you. Over time, this will put your health at risk, which will cause you to become overweight and lead to obesity (“What Causes”). Along with affecting your daily health, well being, energy and fitness levels, being overweight can lead to more serious factors in your life. You can be at risk for

Face it, we have all heard the phrase,"You are what you eat" countless times in your life, but what does that truly mean. Every few months or years, millions go into trying new diets and diet pills but fail to understand why they cannot continue to eat healthy after their first few days on their new diet. Well, 1) the word "DIE" is in diet 2) no matter where you look you 're going to find delicious food ads and junk food and 3) you don 't have support.
Obesity is an issue that most people may be aware of, but I don't feel like many people actually know the ins and outs of it and how bad it really is.
