NEW YORK

New York is popularly known as the “City That Never Sleeps” for a reason: there’s always something to do, regardless of what time of the year you visit. New York was discovered in 1524 by Giovanni da Verrazano, an Italian-born navigator sailing for France. The city was explored and claimed for France in 1609 by Samuel de Champlain.
