Having completed the Myers-Briggs Personality Test previously, I was identified as an INTP, which stands for introverted, intuitive, thinking, and perceiving. Accordingly, this personality is often labeled as “The Architect” or “The Logician.” Despite my previous results, I repeated the test as instructed in the assignment. Consequently, based on the outcome of the test, my personality has altered in the past year. Overall, the INTJ type is an accurate description of my personality. I concur with the assessments that INTJ’s do not “take criticism personally” and they are not “afraid of hard work, and will put forth a great deal of effort towards something that they are interested in” (INTJ Personal Growth, 2014). This was also referred to as The Advocate which I thought was very appropriate for our assingment. The results state that The Advocate has a strong sense of morality, likes finding solutions for others and one of the strengths listed was that this personality type makes excellent counselors. This type is known for seeing through manipulation and dishonesty and getting to the heart of matters with truth and sincerity. I can see that all of these personality traits are crucial for helping others and dealing with the conflict that arises when advocating for those who are oppressed and face discrimination. Some of the weaknesses stated for this personality type are perfectionist, impatient, extremely private, sensitive, and burn out easily. As I read the weaknesses, I realized that I need to keep self care a priority throughout my education and future career. It also makes sense that a lot of my self care practices are about introspection and finding balance. All of these characteristics in a person’s personality result in a behavior and those who have completely opposite behaviors can clash on a personal and professional manner. When Fester was referring to Knowlton’s work he stated, “Jennings surface…you know that stuff” (Hellriegel 547). The case then stated, “Knowlton, who had no idea what Fester was referring to, grinned back and nodded, and immediately felt uncomfortable.” (Hellriegel 547). Almost immediately upon meeting Fester Knowlton became nervous, self-doubting, and moody, the complete opposite of the emotional stability spectrum (Hellriegel 79).
My personality type is Extroverted, intuitive, feeling, perceptive or ENFP. According to the description in the exercise, ENFP's are warm, enthusiastic and live their outer life more with intuition and their inner more with feeling. This assessment is consistent with the results that I received in part I of the exercise. I am an extroverted person who enjoys being around and working with people.

My results said that I have an ISFJ personality. My scores were introvert (56%), Sensing (31%), Feeling (16%), and Judging (44%). The assessment stated that ISFJs frequently find themselves in occupations that either involves a lot of dealings with other people and require thoroughness and persistence. They work in organizations of various sizes and industries, where as a rule they work with people. Very often ISFJs recognize their potential in healthcare (nurse, patient care, and medical services, as well as administrative jobs) and several community care organizations. I do agree with some of the Jung Typology Seal assessments. I agree with being an introvert since I am a person that is reserved and to myself half of the time, but, on the other hand, I do like to serve others. I do not agree that I am overworked. If I get to the point to where I feel overworked, I will go to my boss and discuss the matter, so that I can get help with my work before resulting in some of extent psychosomatic illnesses. I agree with the part about working best with a small group or one-on-one situation.
