I personally have always been the kind of guy who never backed down from a fight even if there was no way for me to win I would do it I would get it done no matter what, until I went to six flags. My family and I had just got back from watching a cardinals game and we all decided to go to six flags. I had just go to the certain height where I could ride all or the rides so I was beyond excited. My hands were shaking furiously my whole body felt like it was swelling up with anticipation and I couldn’t wait to ride all of these rides. We started out with the lazy river and that was ok but I had done it before so I wasn’t to happy about it, next we went to the Batman, I swear we waited in line for more then two hours just for one ride but it …show more content…
On our way into six flags this was the only ride that I was worried about for a few reasons one, I didn’t have an extra set of clean clothes with me so if I got wet I would have to be soaked for the rest of the day. Two, the camera my brother told me that there was a camera that took a picture of you on your way down the ride. Three, the height of it I personally can deal with heights decently well, but when there is a log that high not held down by anything I get a little nervous. As we start to trudge over there I start to shake my whole body just a constant shake and I couldn’t control it and not to helo the matter my brother started to laugh. The walk up there seemed very traitorous but it wasn’t that bad but my legs refused to cooperate. When we got up there my teeth started to clatter and they wouldn’t stop my mouth had never done this and at that point I wished it wouldn’t ever again. We sat in the log boat and started to float it took approximately 2 minutes to get to the end and at this point my teeth felt like they were going to fall off. When the boat got to the end my eyes lit up and we started to fall at amazing speeds it was l was in heaven this was by far my favorite ride and even though I got soaked I didn’t care that was one of my favorite experiences in my life. Now coming down I forgot all about the camera and I

Larry overseas all the projects for the parks and has teams of engineers that help take care of technical issues and building and construction. There is a “work package,” which is a group of activities assigned to break down each task and sub task to fit these into manageable quotas. They feel this is the key to managing logistics.
Oreo Cookie and Six Flags Commercials - Nostalgia for Sale Many television commercials choose to feature a contrast between youth and maturity as their subject. An “Oreo Cookie” commercial, for example, features a little girl who is about four years old mimicking her grandfather’s actions in eating a cookie. Another commercial advertises the popular theme park, Six Flags Great Adventure. This commercial, entitled “The Six Flags Dancing Man,” features an elderly man dancing like an enthusiastic child.
It was the summer of 2012 and my family was taking another trip to Six Flags Great America. Earlier that summer we went just for me to be disappointed. At the time I wasn’t 54 inches yet and couldn’t ride any of the rides that I wanted to because they were the most popular at the amusement park. But, I hit a growth spurt between trips and we planned to ride all of the big rollercoasters. The one that I was most terrified of at the time was Raging Bull, one of the tallest, fastest, and longest steel coasters in the US. As we started to wait in line for the ride I was shaking with both anticipation and fear and began to rethink my idea to ride the rollercoaster. I decided to stay in line and see what many people thought was a great coaster.

where a person knows that he is going to lose and still continues to fight.
The sound of music, filling the air with happiness, resonates throughout the area. The scent of delicious buttery popcorn and glazed turkey legs that go on for miles and miles. The feeling of excitement coming into the place is felt in the atmosphere. It is the image of a once in a lifetime moment. When people come in, their imaginations become reality. The name describes itself perfectly. Walt Disney World is the place of dreams and imagination. People come from all around the world to see the rides, characters, food and the entertainment of Walt Disney World. I remember when I went to Disney World this past March. It was the third time I have gone to Disney World. To see the amazement and the expectation of the
“Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. But it’s your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.” At Six Flags Great America, people everywhere are screaming and enjoying the rides around them. With the many different types of rides, Six Flags is an all around entertainment park for people of all ages. Interestingly enough, what people may not know is that Six Flags is also a physics class. Through the many rides that people may go on, they experience velocity, gravity, motion, energy, etc. We tend to see the fun throughout Six Flags, but we miss that physics can be interpreted in our daily lives each and every day.
Handshoe had to get all of the tickets and drink bracelets. Next we got inside and Me, Landon, and Zach got a locker so we didn't have to carry around our bags all day. So the we go to our first ride of the day but Zach was to scared to get on anything so he just waited, we got on the Corkscrew, and it had a ton of twists and turns. After that we just walked around for a while, but then landon got to scared to get on anything else and so it was just me. So me and Landon were supposed to go on this ride called the Magnum, so i got into one of the cars and then i told Landon to come on and he said ha ha, no, and so i was stuck on this ride all by myself and i was kinda scared. After what landin did to me i just found another group to ride rides with and so i found Brandon Chase's group and just rode rides with them and Bradlee Kinnard, We rode The Rougarou, The Millennium Force, and a ton of other rides, and while on most of the rides i lost my voice and got sunburned. Then it was time to
‘This is going to be so much fun’, I thought to myself. This is the first time I’ve ever went to six flags i wonder what it will be like, so many questions it’s hard to focus on just one of them,. “Are you guys ready?” my parents asked “yes!” me and my sisters said loudly enough we thought the neighbors might of heard of us, the whole family was going me Summer, Heather, Dad, and Tara, my step mom.
We were next on line to go on that death trap. The ride people checked us for jewelry because it is a safety hazard. I got on the ride and then, “CLICK”, I was in and there was no getting out or turning back now! This one girl on the line next to us said, “I hope you do not die up there!” That was so nice of her to reassure us of our biggest fear. I started to breath deep, like when you are in yoga class and trying to relax but, this was not relaxing. I thought that I was going to use up all the oxygen in the world! Then I started thinking, am I going to die up there? Will I make it out alive? Will me and Kayla live till twelve? All of these questions whirled around in my head like, a big tornado staying in one and one place only; my head it was
Every year since I was a freshman in high school my family would all pack into our car and head to Six Flags for my father’s job. This was usually one day I could count on for unexpected entertainment. Each year was a new experience in the making because one year it may be sunny or one year it may rain, but HEY! Its Georgia weather what can you do about it?
Funky, foul, repulsive smell of must and sweat assault your nose, accompanied by a slight trace of sunscreen. In addition, beads of sweat start to form on your forehead as the sun beams down on you. However, none of that seems to matter as you anxiously wait in line to gain access to the greatest place on earth, Six Flags.
The families of the United States are very interesting families and backgrounds from all over the entire world, like some people may come from Africa, Asia, South America, and England; the Wynnes came from England. The families in Texas are no exception; the Wynne family is just like the others with a rich and juicy past. The Wynne family has a very juicy past like how they started out small but now have developed to be a large family with members almost everywhere, then when one of the largest amusement parks in the entire world gets involved everything is going to be changed.
It all began when a couple of friends and myself went to Six Flags for some fun right at the beginning of summer. We arrived there early in morning, which was about nine o’clock for us. The birds were chirping and the sun was bright. There was also a hint of dew, making the grass sparkle in the sunlight. The place was packed, people were standing in huge lines waiting to buy their tickets. My friends and I were lucky because we had season passes and just walked right to the front gate and walked in. Naturally there was a security check at the front gate, little did I know that I was going to run into them again in the near future. From there we went straight to the ride “The Mind Eraser.” It was always wise to go to that ride first, because as the day progressed, the line grew longer. Since the ride is only about a minute long, the wait then becomes to long to make the ride worth the wait. As we got on, all of us were a little jumpy. It was the first time being to the amusement park that year, and our stomachs were not immune to the s...
It was a very cloudy day and a prognostication of 99% chance of rain. The wind was soft, chill and it slowly started to frizz as soon as we were entering the amusement park. I was of course with my best friend Kenya, she is an amazing person whom I can’t go anywhere without her or else is not as fun. After entering the park, we automatically made out way onto the first ride called, Tsunami; That roller coaster was just awesome even though I hit the back of my head twice with the back of the roller coaster seat. After the Tsunami we make our way to the worst ride called, the Tatsu, In which unfortunately I began to feel sick again but I refuse to tell my friend until we were finally on the ride. While in the ride I remember the wind blowing so hard on my face, I felt as if my skin color was blown away from it, because of how bad I was feeling. I remember feeling weak, nauseous, and I’m not sure if I fainted or not during the ride. When getting off I felt as if all my energy was blown away too, but I didn’t want to cause much attention and I don’t know how I managed to walk away. My feet felt stiff and my hands were cold, my face felt pale and my head was swirling. My friends thought it was just a matter of sickness caused by the ride so they took me to a log ride. I went along because I thought it would relax me and it would cause the pain to go away but instead it just worsened my
