The distant sound of the bath alarm awoke me; my mother must have wanted a bath. I rolled about lethargically for a couple of minutes before sitting up and getting out of bed. The cyborg housebot was already making my bed, and it soon looked as though no one had ever slept in it. For my transport to school that day, I decided to opt for my hover board. As elegantly as a swan gliding through the water, I sailed through the air. On route, I was feeling thirsty. Luckily I spotted a hovering ice cream man, so I stopped for a drink. My thirst quenched, I proceeded on to school, which was by then only a few blocks away. Along the way, mum rang me on my wrist videophone, I was a little surprised that I actually heard it ringing as I had my music on at the time. I arrived at school with five minutes to spare. With my hover board safely attached to the front of my bag, I joined my friends who were sitting near the school entrance, chatting. Soon the bell sounded indicating the beginning of the first period. It was English. Once everyone was seated the plasma screen flicked into life and our teacher for this lesson could be seen. The lesson seemed to drag on, and to add to this we were given a mass of homework. Next up was history. We didn't have a plasma screen teacher for history. As the government believed that V.R history teachers aren't a patch on the real thing. The topic for the present term was the Gulf War. Most people found this really interesting, including myself, with so much fighting, blood and gore, keeping my attention was no problem. The teacher didn't give us any homework today, but said to expect some on Friday. ... ... middle of paper ... ...n my tea was ready, I switched off the television and folded it back into the space in the wall. My mother took the enormous trouble of making Sunday roast, even thought it was Tuesday. I think that she just needed to do something independently for once instead of having the cyborg housebot doing everything for her. After tea I logged into the virtual reality world of IGG (international global gaming). There I chose to play pool; even though it is quite an old game it is still intriguing! At approximately 10-15pm my mother tapped me on the shoulder; I got such a fright because I didn't hear her enter the room. As it was getting late and I did after all have school the next day, she said it was time for bed. I went up to my bedroom and watched my television until I fell asleep. The television then put itself away!
This assignment is going to have two parts for two different grades. Everyone in your assigned group will need to complete part one before continuing to complete part two. The more you use your time wisely for part one the more time you will have to complete part two.

We were to go over the answers from the previous night as it was homework but many of them had not completed it. We began on page 5, part 3 “Guided Instruction”. We read the passage and I had them underline the central idea and supporting details. We answered the corresponding question. Some students picked A, D, or C. I asked them to explain how they came about getting their answer, they responded. We did process of elimination and determined that C was the correct answer. I also had the students complete the writing portion of part 3, “Show your thinking” and time was given for them to answer the question independently. The students read their answers aloud and their explained their reasoning behind what they chose. We chose to skip Part 4, and move onto Part
My virtual child’s name is Dominic. He is a white male of average height and weight with blonde hair, green eyes and pale skin. Cognitively he seems younger than his chronological age up until sixth grade. Physically Dominic has always seemed older than his chronological age. The first few months of Dominic’s life were rough at times. I decided from the beginning to feed with formula, and I would respond to different types of cries. At three months he would cry after each bottle and have frequent diarrhea, we then decided to switch to a different formula rather than introducing food (My Virtual Child).
One behavior that I tend to exhibit is stress. I often worry about things, like the future, and anticipate on this going wrong often. “You think about how your choices and their consequences could affect you down the road.” (“My Virtual Life” Emerging Adulthood) “You’ve thought about the future some, and will probably be feeling worried the more you think about it.” (“My Virtual Life” Emerging Adulthood) I need to relax a little about things, and let life happen as it does. The majority of things that I worry about are beyond my control. This might serve as obstacles later in life because stress can lead to health problems. A lifetime of stress can hurt your heart and blood pressure, along with other things.

This paper will discuss My Virtual Life child development. I will go into detail how the theoretical framework and parental decision making I used with my child from birth to 18 years of age influenced my decision making and my virtual child’s life. I will discuss how I feel the theories I used and the decisions made had an impact on why my child is in the position he is, at 18-years of age.
Assistance/clarification will be given as needed. Modifications would include providing alternate assignments that utilize lower level vocabulary and are at lower reading comprehension levels.
In this section I am going to state and solve the task that has been
The Utopian land is divided into two main terrains: farmland and cities. The farmlands, of course, are where most of the country's resources are produced. The services of the economy, smithing, carpentry, clothmaking, etc., are mainly produced in the cities. Iron is the only resource which must be imported abundantly. All of the resources, except iron, that the nation requires, it produces on its own.
While driving, you hear a recognizable voice, it is the ringtone of your phone, and someone is calling you. You try reaching the phone, but it seems not to be where you kept it. You continue searching for it while you try keeping an eye on the road still not finding it. The phone is still ringing but when you find it, it is already a missed call. You decide to return the call. You start dialing the number at the same time trying to focus on the road. Does this ring a bell in your mind?
Art comes in many different shapes and sizes. From drawing on a desk in high school to digital art on computers, we don’t notice that art surrounds us everywhere. However, there is one particular art form that is gaining interest throughout the world, and has been around for years. This art form is known as Surrealism. Surrealism is the only form of art that truly lets you express your mind the way you want it to be expressed, with no limits or boundaries. In Surrealism, there is no gravity, words flow like water, objects can fly in the limitless skies, and images can swim. Basically, Surrealism has no rules; it is only the artist and his mind.
I aimlessly wondered the Internet trying to find a community suitable for me. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I have many interests, but I really don’t have a strong passion for something. So I decided to join a community in which I could express myself as a teen and talk about general issues. I joined the mtv.com community. There I expressed my thoughts on everything, ranging from music to daily events that shape our world. There I had a chance to share my opinions and beliefs, as others posted their thoughts and perspectives on certain subjects. Online communities are rather congruent to offline ones. They are both appealing yet displeasing at the same time.
The house phone started to ring. “We have a house phone?” I questioned myself rubbing my eyes giving off a weary sigh. When did I fall asleep? I headed downstairs and it stopped. Again it rang and I guessed it was on the bottom shelf hence lack of usage. Pulling off the dusty cloth I grasped the telephone and answered.
