Starting with unpleasant people; you must learn how to determine troublesome circumstances serenely and adequately. You then must be empathic and apologetic towards not only your unpalatable customers but coworkers also; which binds in with learning and growing your tolerance and patience. Moving onto management skills or noted as leadership, I was responsible for bringing our company vision, motivation and defiance to the table. When working with any business or company you must also think about your work relationships.
