How to Advance Your Muscle-Building Program
As you go about your workout program, one thing that you will have to do from time to time is figure out a way to add more difficulty so that you continue to see the progress you’re after.
Unless you are doing something to change your workouts up and advance so that you push your body harder, you are going to hit a progress plateau.
Fortunately, advancing your workout doesn’t have to be all that problematic as long as you keep a few things in mind. There are a number of great ways to push the barriers on your physical capabilities, so by keeping these in mind, you can forge onwards.

Try a new exercise you’ve never done before to really challenge your muscles at a higher level.
Shorten your rest periods. The less time you have to rest, the harder you’re forcing your body to work. Just be sure that you always maintain proper form while you do this to avoid injury.
Do more reps. Increasing the reps means more work is performed for each set you do.
Superset. Super-setting involves pairing two exercises back to back with each other with no rest in between. This is a fast way to boost your metabolism, strength and muscular endurance.
Drop set. To do a drop set, perform one set at a standard weight, drop the weight by five pounds, perform a second set, and once that’s done, try and drop the weight one more time before carrying on.
Switch your workout program split. If you were doing a full-body workout, try an upper-lower split and vice versa. Just avoid body part splits as they aren’t as effective.
Add an exercise ball. Try integrating an exercise ball, aka stability ball, into some common moves such as a shoulder press, bicep curl or lateral raise.
Add more weight. This is the simplest of all progressions and is geared toward getting you stronger

One should always stretch and work on flexibility, but as well as build a stronger core, legs, and back to have a greater outcome when performing deadlifts. Proper equipment is also a must to keep one safe. Shoes, clothes, proper lifting space, and weights. The deadlift does require technique and skill, and one should never just load a bar up, and try to hit an amount of weight that would tear, strain, or pull a ligament or muscle. Strength gains in deadlifting can progress quickly, and that should be the focus for most athletes, but not to push the progression to the point where there is an injury. Proper rest between deadlift days can help avoid injuries as
Bodybuilding is a sport that tests both the body and the mind. For thousands of years, people have used it. However, only for a little over a century has it been popular. A big question asked by many in the sport is, how much has bodybuilding really changed from the silver era (the 1940s)? The answer is a lot, since the 1940s many changes have occurred. Some of these are steroid abuse, competition categories and ranks, and money (Robson). Modern-day bodybuilders have incredibly large “stacks” (slang for the steroids they use on their cycle), more opportunities to compete than they did in the 40s and even more ways to market for money. The sport of bodybuilding has been around for thousands of years and has changed more than ever in just
All of my workout schedules will provide your body with 2-4 days of rest every week. By giving your body at least 2 full days of rest from weight training, your body will have ample time to recover from your workouts. Body sculpting is a fast growing obsession and profession in many parts of today’s self-absorbed world, in which the importance of appearance is overly emphasized. Quickly obtaining muscle, mass, and ultimately reaching ones desired physique becomes hard to do when the standards for a perfectly sculpted body in todays society is becoming harder and harder to achieve. Advertisements using sex appeal rose from 15 to 27 percent in a 20 years period (Pappas). These advertisements constantly push images of photo shopped, unrealistically fit models, pressuring society to aim for unrealistic shapes and sizes. Paralleling the rise in sexy advertisements is the growth of sports products and nutritional supplement vending retail web sites.

I was able to gain knowledge about the different parts of the body which are important in the field of bodybuilding. I discover that there are main muscle groups and each of these muscle groups have different parts. For example, the main muscle groups would be the chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs. Now each of these main muscle groups have more that one part, your arms has biceps, triceps and a forearms. Each of these parts are made up or many more segments that can construct a list that can go on for a while. Gaining such a vast understanding of my body was thrilling. I was able to understand all the parts of my body. I am confident that I know almost every muscle group that is in the known human body. After learning about each individual muscle, I was then able to move on to the next step understanding how to train these individual muscle groups. I figured out that there are different routines that you have to follow in order to train each muscle. For example, your legs can be split into different muscles segments such as the quads, calves, and hamstrings. Once I isolated each muscle segment I was able to find workouts for each of them. For the quadriceps you would do workouts known as a barbell squat, lunges and reverse leg curls. Then after finding this out I had to
What is Athletic training, and what could someone do with an athletic training degree? Athletic training is a unique field because it requires a strong mental and physical ability. These trainers go by many different titles such as: physician extender, wellness manager, rehab specialist, etc. Many trainers do not work under anyone, as they have their own office outside of the athletic setting. However, these trainer also work in many other places, such as: universities, hospitals and clinics, professional sports fields, military bases, etc. With a degree in this field, one might want, for example, to work in a hospital or clinic, as stated above. What would he/she be responsible for in this particular setting? A trainer working in a hospital would try to ease the pain of the injury and help move the patient through the process of the treatment.
...pe of training that is executed will only get the body to where it is set. Motivation as said before will push your body to new levels. it has to be there, motivation and determination are all in the mind. It becomes an emotional thing. Push it, keep going, and strive for success. It all comes with who the person is and their characteristics. In today’s society people judge and people look with faces and aren’t pleasing. People over thing training and nutrition. Fitness only puts the person so much ahead of someone else. But there is no way out there than just training hard, and hours at the gym will get the person to the greatest physique out there. Its just does not work that way. Its all a procedure and patience is key. Stay consistent with what is physically consumed, the training, and the emotional motivation and determination all fitness goals will be reached.
