Mission statements is defined as the written declaration of an organization’s purpose or focus that usually remains unchanged throughout the company’s production. A proper mission statements has three main purposes which are; serving as filters to separate what’s important and what’s not, secondly it clearly states which markets will be served, and lastly it communicates the intended path of the organization. When creating a mission statement, not only does the company have to appease the consumers and shareholders, but corporate also has no time to think about the vision but yet the latter effects of its profits such as; demographics, popularity and how many other businesses are marketing in the same field.
