Branding options
The name that I have chosen for my lemonade stand is “sweet and sour tropical sunshine”. The reason why I picked this name is because everyone know when its summer, its lemonade time. When summer is here that is when kids, parents and everyone else who you can think off will come out to have a nice time and to have a tall ice cold glass of golden tropical bursting with that sweet and sour Island flavor lemonade. I do believe that my lemonade stand name is important when considering branding options because the name is where people wants to be with its around summer or even in the winter time. A name like that customers will never forget especially when every customer wants that positive shine of golden taste to quench their thirst.
Mission Statement for sweet and sour tropical sunshine Lemonade Stand

education and why read and write are important in everyday life. I believe that a mission statement is important for a company because it shows what the company goals is and what the company is aiming to accomplish (Anne Fisher, 2005). And what will the outcome be if the company achieve what was been said or accomplish. CSR Plan The Corporate Social Responsibility plan that I have is that for every $2.50 we earn from selling lemonade, we will donate $1.25 to across the globe charity.
The charity that will get the help will be Children Education Foundation (CEF). Also our business will continue to do what is best for our children and will continue to make your tropical flavor lemonade will all natural ingredient from mother earth. This mean we will be using fresh lemon and lime that is pick right from our home. Our business will not be using any artificial sweeteners for sugar we will be using sugar right from the sugar cane real sugar. This is my Corporate Social Responsibility plan for my lemonade
stand. Pricing strategies Marking Objectives is the pricing strategies that I have chosen. The reason why is chosen marking objection is because my business will expand on this strategy to this lemonade stand by competing with our local competitors. However “Lady Bug lemonade stand” which is run by Amanda Sing sells their lemonade for $ 1.75 for a tall glass. But on the other hand “Lady Bug lemonade stand uses artificial sugar and coloring to supply their customers. Whereas my business will be charging a bit higher price for our lemonade such as $ 2.50 The reason for the higher price is because all of our ingredients are grow right from our backyard and are freshly hand pick. Customers can never go wrong when it comes down to a healthier fresh no chemical lemon. This is my pricing strategies. Globally I believe that our business should go global because once it go global the product will bring in more money into the business. First of all, our business will make an online website with will expand the business more and also have online shopping and free shipping for the first 100 buyers. We will also have our business on television commercials so people who really don’t shop online will see and call us on 1800-090-8989 to make an order. Also our business would make accounts on almost every social media that is out there because now-a- these days everyone have a social media accounts so they can get more information on our business. our everyday lives bacteria is constantly surrounding us, some of the bacterium that we encounter are beneficial to us but then there are the ones that are severely detrimental to our health. The way that they effect a persons body can differ from person to person. Many of the “microscopic foes” are very resilient and have a very fast reproduction rate. Not only do they reproduce quickly they sometimes seem to outsmart our immune system and not allow our bodies to fight the infection making it almost impossible to stop them. One thing that a lot if people rely on is the assistance of prescription drugs to get them better but even the drugs are not being effective and we can’t stop the pathogens from invading our personal places such as work, home, school, or anywhere. Even though modern medicine is advancing the pathogens could still get the get the best of us. The scary thing is we never know when the next pandemic or epidemic is going to arise. All it needs is some ordinary microbe to swap genes with a deadly germ to produce a “super pathogen” and it could happen to anyone, anywhere, as it did to Jeannie Brown who is from “our neck of the woods”.
I chose Molson's Coors Brewing Company. Their Operation mission statement is "To focus on becoming one of the best performing supply chains in the global beer industry.”
As a mother and wife, I'm always looking to save time and money. I can sometimes achieve that by choosing to shop at our local Dollar General. Because I am a frequent customer of their company, I was interested in learning what their mission statement contained and whether or not they did a good job relaying that message in their “About Me” section of the company website. Here are my findings...
The name also sounds unique and not like all the rest of other coffee houses therefore cannot be easily lost in the crowd. The name stands out dramatically even it doesn’t what the business does. The name is also legally available therefore Shania has full rights to the name. The Gathering Place does not lend itself to initials therefore safe from drowning in the list of other names of businesses that have initialized due to their exceptionally long names. Another advantage to the name The Gathering Place is flexibility and expandability available to it. Since the name does not actually describe what the business does, Shania can offer a raft of other services without the need to update the name. A good business name has to be linguistically clean. How it is pronounced by Spaniards, the French, and Italians or by any other native language speakers should not bring out a completely different meaning (Chajet, 2011). The Gathering Place is fairly easy to pronounce and therefore serves to be inclusive to different language speakers. A name that will not age quickly is also of paramount importance. The Gathering Place is not an expression that can be superseded sooner or later and also plays well across all

Wynn Resorts currently has no vision or mission statement. This has presented the company with a major setback, especially with all of the scandals it is facing due to its founder, Mr. Steve Wynn. The firm now has nowhere to reference themselves to. They are trying to distance themselves from Mr. Wynn’s unethical behaviors but have nothing to display to the public or their employees that defines who they really are as a company. (Formulate mission and vision statement according to book) Wynn Resorts mission statement needs to address the nine key components: customers, products and services, markets, technology, survival, growth, and profitability, philosophy, self-concept, public image, and employees. Steve Wynn imposed very negative images
The name she is considering is a good trademark name but she cannot legally use it. It separates Betty from her business and is memorable. It is also meaningful for a coffeehouse where people gather to chat and enjoy a beverage. The only problem is that the name is not legally protectable because there is an existing business with that name. After conducting the search in the North Carolina state database the results indicated that that business name was used by several businesses including worship centers. Trademark names are the legal names of business entities and are required to be unique in order to give proper identification to the business. The name Betty has used cannot be used for any legitimate business reason because it is owned by another entity.

Essentially, the company adopts CSR to protect its brand by joining into the World Wide Fund for Nature as a member in 2007. Through the WWF membership, the firm seeks to improve water usage on its operations by developing a framework to preserve water sources thereby offset the manufacture costs in the long run. "Over a century of sweet tasting beverages with family and friends." The positioning statement of Coca-Cola needs to project the image in the minds of their existing consumers, as well as potential new consumers, the history of Coca-Cola being a competing global brand in the beverage industry and the association of the brand with fun themes such as social events, parties, family activities, etc. According to Kotler and Keller (2016), positioning "is the act of designing a company 's offering and image to occupy a distinctive place in the minds of the target market." There are factors that must be taken into account to produce an effective positioning statement that will attract the attention of the targeted market segment:
...so noted that this policy is grounded in the value system of the business organization and it is a fundamental component for the firm’s corporate culture. To start with, the company embraces philanthropic ideology where it gives support to many individuals across the globe and this relates to provision of sponsorship opportunities, aid to the disabled and contributions to charity. On the other hand, Coke Company is committed to minimization and use of scarce resources for the sake of conservation. In addition, the company has made a lot of sponsorships to sporting activities and this helps to build on the good corporate image of the company. These efforts greatly contributes to the sustainable development goals because they create a good image for the company in the public and this causes to be associated with the company in so many ways like business and support.
For my analysis, I chose to write about Starbucks Coffee Company and its mission statement. Starbucks’ mission statement reads, “To inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.” We all know that Starbucks has enjoyed a huge amount of growth over the past 10+ years, and it is clear that they are seeing that success because they are putting their mission into action. Reading the mission statement, it’s easy to identify Starbucks’ areas of focus: the human spirit, coffee, and community. The company’s “About Us” web pages align with its mission statement.
We can define competitive advantage as simply what a given company excels best at. This could be the distinguishing factor as to why consumers purchase from your company and not the competition. This could also be understood from the perspective of quality that a business can create for the consumer.
As a new student to the Merced Union High School District, I knew I would not be able to make it through my last year of high school without any help. My mission the first day at my new school was to build a friendly relationship with my teachers and other staff. Having the support of teachers and of my counselor gave me a sense of relief because I knew I was going to get the help I needed.
