Employers all of the world need to have good communicators in their workplace. But, in different countries with cultural diversity needs for a person, who is searching for a job, can be different. Because even if person is the smartest and most qualified job searcher and if he does't have good communicational skills, it will be really difficult to him to get this job. Perfect communication is a crucial skill in every role. Regardless of the job, which person is applying for, candidates are trying to have a good impression on employer, because it is extremely important, but job seeker can not do that, if he is bad communicator. On November 11, 1990 Ms. Victoria Tucker was born in Bethel, Alaska. In a small village located in Emmonak, Alaska, originally called Kwiguk, Yup’ik for “big stream”, is when she moved away from her birthplace and where she was raised. This undersized city has a total area of 8.6 square miles, and a population of 817 people. Emmonak is located at the mouth of the Yukon River, 10 miles away from the Bering Sea and is 490 miles when travelling from Anchorage by plane. Here is where she attended high school. Victoria did not graduate from Emmonak School; she did however, continued to get her GED and successfully completed this in the year 2014.
