This question was certainly a difficult one to answer. Even though Ivana is the proprietor of the organization obviously she has overlooked the fact that her workers are the ones who help make her company. Ivana wants the group of employees to spend as much time as they can on the project, she will has a tendency to grow angry and blame employees if she knows the employees try to do other things that are not connected to the task. Meanwhile, her life is not being placed on hold she is going to dinner with friends and having a two-week vacation, while directing her employees to give up everything to complete the project.
It is my belief that the project member (Patrick), who seems to have taken on the role of the team leader should interact with Ivana throughout the project by focusing on the project and doing what Ivana ask them to perform. Also, he should communicate to Ivana about the progress of the project and the problems they are
facing. Lastly, Patrick being the oldest working employee for ICS, he needs to approach Ivana and discuss her management style to help in improving the workplace morale. Unfortunately, I do not fell she will listen. She seems to be the type of person who believes everything should be done her way and as she says. The business can continue to be successful with the way she is behaving toward her employees. Eventually her employees will grow tired of her disposition and quit. Therefore, in my opinion the best way to approach this would be to have one person sit down with Ivana and discuss the employee’s issues. The meeting should be scheduled when there are no big projects g and the person in the meeting should try to phrase the complaints where they do not come off sounding as if they are attacking her. I also think that they should suggest possible solutions to the issues as well. I would hope that Ivana could see her mistakes and take the meeting to heart to better her company and the morale of her company.

Investigators measured her rectal temperature, and came to a conclusion that she died at 7:00 am in that same morning. A medical examiner was also called to perform an autopsy to see what really caused Anna's death.
When conducting research for my project, I came across a website that contained a few primary sources regarding the Salem Witch Trials. One of these primary sources was the photo of a legal document explaining the death warrant and reasons for execution of a woman named Bridget Bishop. Bishop was claimed to be a witch in Salem during the year 1692, and the document explaining her significance involving witchcraft resides in the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. My thesis for this primary source is that the judge and jury believed they were seeking justice by executing Bishop, a woman whose death was truthfully based on her differences as a person rather than actual crimes she committed.
If I had to make a suggestion to better manage the situation, I’d probably suggest the organization to practice and use collaborating as a management strategy. I’d propose that Kate and Tom get together with their other willing co-workers and come up with an appropriate solution to the organization’s problems. When they feel comfortable and satisfied with their possible solutions and proposal, they should then pitch it to the hierarchy of the organization: Jeff Donaldson, Rick Clark, etc. This would hopefully produce a mutually and completely satisfactory solution.
First, Donna is a leader with energy and determination. Lussier and Achua state that leaders with energy and determination “have high energy with a positive drive to work hard to achieve goals.” (p. 37) This is true for Donna. In the video, the zoo employees mentioned several times that their leader is a hard worker who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Upon her arrival, the CEO did not hesitate to immerse herself at the lowest level of zoo operations. Donna also trained as a zookeeper in order to learn the frustrations of her employees. Alongside her employees, Donna got her hands dirty in the trenches, which some may consider non-CEO type work. Donna proved that she had the energy to do the hard work and that she possessed the determination to identify the employee’s issues so she could solve them.
Carla Washburn, an incredible, inspirational woman that has sadly witnessed the 3 closest male figures in her life all pass on. This has resulted in Carla becoming depressed over the unbearable experience. Carla embraced in giving back to the community and that’s not surprising because she’s a person of spirituality. Specific to her situation, it seems that aside from the very first group meeting, Mike was not present for the forming stage of the group. As a result, questions such as “What can the group offer me?”, “Can my needs be met and still contribute to the group”, and other discovery inquiries did not get answered for Mike so he has not felt part of the team so he has withdrawn from the group. As a leader, Christine could have encouraged to Mike the importance of being present for group meetings so he can be part of the team. For example, at the lunch room incident when Mike walked away, she could have talked with him individually and explained to him that she perceives that he does not feel welcome and has been avoiding team meetings. Christine could address the how important it is to attend the team meetings, explain to him the “WWIFM” (what’s in it for me) aspects and the fact that team needs him as he has so much that could contribute and add value to the team. She could also indicate that the team’s success will only be possible when every member contributes. By doing so, she can help ensure that Mike is able to join the group during the forming stage and hopefully move quickly to the norming and then performing stages.
